We bought a trip at the largest travel agency, Itaka.
Full price, no discounts, last minute etc.
On the spot, it turned out that we were "worse tourists", the color of the band showed the place of the meal and accommodation.
Conditions much worse than other colors of bands.
Itaka, of course, did not even mention that their tourists are "worse sort" - such "plebs" !!!!
No more Itaka !!!!!!!

The travel agency does not accept constructive feedback on its services, in short - they do not make uncomfortable opinions (free of profanity and confidential and sensitive data public).

The office does not respond in any way to inconvenience during your stay. Even after a few reminders, the residents sell us by saying, "yes, we'll take care of it"

I do not want to generalize, but not only happened to me such situations, so I honestly do not recommend this travel agency.

P.S I give one star for flight comfort and trouble-free transfers.

I don't know where the bad reviews come from! I always travel with the Itaka office and I am very pleased! I hope that the current situation will not have a negative impact on the company's condition! This year we spent a beautiful holiday in Turkey in Dream World Hill hotels, recommended by our ladies in the Optimal office in Wroc aw. We are very pleased with the trip and we are glad that in the times of COVID we were able to leave without any problems. I recommend Itaka to everyone!

The office did not comply with the 2hb meal agreement for four people in Greece. Breakfast was not at all. We spent on food until dinner about 1200 zlotys. In response, we received the quantity and quality is subjective. Maybe and it is but if it is physically what to eat. And the trays were empty. Total nonsense. A crumpled biyro and a crumpled translation. I do not recommend completely after such a response to complaints. It is better to pay these 400 zlotys and have a choice of colors. The first time we drove from the itaka office and the first time we had such a broken holiday due to the unprofessional approach to the client and the offer that is not true. A wasted holiday is probably their specialization, judging by the entries on the Internet. I advise against whomever I can, based on what they gave us.

Unfortunately, using this company's offer was the biggest mistake I made. I needed a vacation with a small child, in a quiet place, of a decent standard. It looked like this on folders. In fact - one big beast, a crowded hotel, in NO way adapted to relax with a child. (Hotel KOTVA in Bulgaria)

ATTENTION!!! Itaka sells a stay in a 3-star hotel as a 4-star. Even Google claims that the hotel is 3-star but according to Itaki OFFICIAL category is 4-star. Don't be fooled.

Of course, they replied politely that they did not recognize my claims and a lot of PR talk. I add a photo of the queue for food although I had many more reservations. Rooms dirty, age-old, with many damages. In my case - a hole in the door. When I find a moment I collect pics and throw everything here and elsewhere.

The day before the planned vacation, we received information about the cancellation of our trip (of course, you should keep an eye on the situation in 2020), despite the fact that the organizer knew that the trip was not possible a month earlier. After submitting an application for a refund, the hotline employees mislead customers, thus delaying the process of possible returns for an unrealized tourist event. If this is a harbinger of liquidity, it is good overall, because such "companies" should disappear from the market as soon as possible. I advise you to avoid this type of "shrine" with a wide berth.
