Clean, but small, modern rooms. Nice restaurant downstairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very central location with many places to see within a walking distance.

Good central location, nice (standard Novotel) room. Breakfast was disappointing, not calculated on so many guests. Friendly service.
4 stars because the hotel is a bit older and you can really tell by the hallways. Other than age, the hotel staff is AMAZING, super polite, and very helpful. They were able to extend my stay last second and deal with my incessant questions.
Excellent staff especially Mr Eleonora (I don't know if the name is exact): available and very attentive to all needs !! . I didn't like the carpet in the corridor of the rooms too dirty !! For the rest I would say a great stay. The location of the hotel is perfect! Excellent connections with the center
Great location close to the thames with views of London eye and westminster. Service and room top
Stayed at the hotel many years ago on business, ideal location to be able to walk into heart of the city. Stayed in 2016 with my family for a long weekend. Staff very friendly, room was at rear of hotel so no real view but beds extremely comfortable, great after a day of exhausting sight seeing. Would always use this as first choice for a stay in London.
Excellent location. Every visit has been outstanding. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is great and friendly. I clearly recommend.
Lovely hotel room - newly refurbished. Good breakfast. A little disappointing that the bar closed at 1. Slow check in, but the lady working was polite and apologetic and explained that the computer was being slow.
Staff overall very friendly.
Restaurant clean.
Breakfast buffet a bit above average.
Bar fridge may as well be a cupboard. Didnt get beer cold enough.
Main hotel nothing special, at least is more or less near the big Ben .... 20 min by walk
We were three days with the children. I had a problem or error with the reservation and we were taken care of perfectly and they solved the problem very fast. The full breakfast buffet, they refilled the food very fast as it was finished. There was no waiting to enter to breakfast. A small area for kids with an Xbox and an interactive fun games screen, and free wifi throughout the hotel.
The nearest subway stop is Westminster, with a super nice 10-minute walk to the hotel along the river, with spectacular views.
All a success. Without a doubt, to repeat.
The overall feeling is still very good, walking or bus to Westminster, Oxford Street is very convenient. The waiter had a good attitude and the health was acceptable. One day, I forgot to give us a towel. I will still live here next time.
Very good, as the only drawback the monotony of breakfast. Every day the same and with little variety. Perfect location Perfect room
Excellent central hotel and very close to parliament.

Good breakfast, nice rooms. A tad better cleaning would be welcome though.
We had been wanting to take our 2 eldest children on a trip to London for a while. We chose to coincide it with our sons 8th birthday but due to our middle child having lots of hospital visits we couldn't book it in advance. We planned the trip to include sightseeing, aquarium, science museum and their first trip on a train and tube etc! We booked this hotel due to its location and only the night before. After a full day out we didn't arrive until 8pm, check in was quick and efficient and the receptionist really welcomed our children. We were given a room upgrade, our son had a little cake and fruit on a plate with happy birthday written in chocolate and a birthday card waiting in the room! The room was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable and had a view of Big Ben and Lambeth palace!! The only very small thing I would say would be more teabags please, there were only 2, but that's a personal request. Check out was again quick and efficient and they enquired after our sons birthday. Really lovely stay and would definitely recommend and use again. It really topped off a special birthday treat/London experience. Thank you.
Bar was good, had good service and the prices wasn't too bad considering its near the Thames and in a prime location for tourists.
This is one of the two hotels we stayed in London. I will say that it is practical, comfortable but without charm. The price is a little too expensive but we were in high season and it's London ...
Everything impeccable except the bathroom naturally lacked a bidet and there were no shelves in the shower to support the shower gel
The cozy and clean room and the very helpful and friendly staff both in reception and in the restaurant.
I really liked the extra that the hotel offers with the restaurant in which to have dinner after a long day.
The breakfast buffet is very varied and of quality.
The situation is very good, about 5 minutes walk from Big Ben.
The stay with yourselves would have been excellent but I was not supplied with milk for my coffees and my room was not cleaned and topped up.
I was too tired by the end of the day, and as I was on my own I hadnt the energy to complain.
I gave 5 stars, because this hotel is located in zone 1 (the most central area) of London, it is therefore close to the center of London, and a few meters away from the tube.
It is also very beautiful aesthetically and the staff is kind. In addition, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, with typical English food (like backon, and eggs ...) and also international food (therefore with croissants, milk, hot chocolate, coffee ...). I highly recommend it!
Brilliant place, love the eco friendly stuff and the accessibility
Very nice hotel close to the Thames. Meeting Room had view of London eye. Staff were helpful. Rooms very nice and modern.
Toilets only in ground floor, other than that pretty good
Its a quite hotel on the south side of london next to the parliament and a 10min was from the London eye. Rooms were good and clean but some of the towels we had was stained. Tasty breakfast. There isnt a grocery/ convient store close by (closest 20min walk)
My family and I, exceptionally enjoyed the stay at the Novotel chain.
1. Breakfast menu needs change
2. Large amount of fine dust in the room
Second time I go there but I find the benefits down. Unable to reach room service one evening to order food and reception unable to take the order. At the wellness level, the hamamn did not work. Check out the hostess did not seem happy, not very pleasant. Otherwise the hotel is rather well located with the city accessible 25mn walk
great hotel
recommendable
The welcome was perfect thanks to your collaborator Carla, who did everything to satisfy us and help us.
The reception was quick, the room was almost immediately available with an upgrade.
Well done!
Very good and pleasant bar and restaurant
The only mistake: the small welcome gifts linked to our "gold" status were not provided ...
The hotel is suitable for families 2 + 2 or a business trip for 2-3 days. Relatively well located (300m from parliament). The center can be reached on foot or directly at the hotel is bus 3, which goes to the center More
This was my second stay at Novotel Waterloo at Lambeth Road. And it will not be my last stay. We like the central placement. You can walk to the Central London in a few minuttes. Also taking trams to the Center is very easy (line 3). The service on the hotel was as usually good and professional.
Very nice hotel. With large comfortable and modern room. I enjoyed the well-being at-1. With sauna, steam room, gym and rest room. It is pretty well located 15 minutes walk from Westminster Abbey, London Eye and Big Ben, the walk to get there along the Thames is very nice.
Mould on the windows, A/C broken and took 4 calls and complete change of controller to fix.
Excellent hotel. Very close to central London. Very nice comfy rooms. Would definitely stay again
Very nice.
Very nice breakfast.
Good service, okay access to public transportation, close to great touristic places and high quality interior.
Nice hotel, not as convenient for the tube as I d hoped, but easy to get a cab.
Nice bar and friendly staff.
Nice rooms, clean and modern. Pretty poor air on.
The hotel of 10, good stay, comfortable beds, well isolated rooms, good location but above all a staff of 10.
A very nice hotel, cleanliness 10, kindness ten, and normal bar prices
Room of correct and comfortable size. Food of average quality but acceptable for a hotel. Friendly bar.
My wife found this place and it was a gem! Just down the street from Lambeth Palace, walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, and a ton of other cool stuff. Great location.
We loved the hotel itself - very nice rooms and great ambience. The complimentary breakfast was excellent - full breakfast with a lot of options. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
We would absolutely go here again.
Great venue in a central London location which is near to lots of London attractions.
Nice rooms, clean and beautifully decorated. But small bar area, food not amazing quality...
Hotel very well placed bus at the foot of the hotel clean room the only downside the organization of breakfast
Great location. Short walk to some major landmarks in the city centre. Very new and modern hotel with clean and large rooms. Very friendly reception staff. We had dinner once at the hotel which was the best meal we had in the UK. Delicious, good portion and reasonably priced. The bar opens quite late and has a good selection of European wines and whisky, also reasonably priced.
Only parked at hotel and got a penalty charge notice as exit is located in the bus lane. Apparently there are some signs about it but on the day I didn't see any. So unusual it should be clearly signed. Although car park was cheap now with PCN very expensive:-(
To respond to manager I rated hotel based on the service I used, which I clearly stated. As I can see there are other people who are affected by this issue. It's not fair to be penalised this way. This bus lane is a trap when you leave hotel left way. It's only long for 2m roughly, enough for council to issue the notice. But as hotel is aware of this it should warn it's customers about this unusual bus lane implementation/penalty possibility.
Came for a business course. The room we were in was we'll set up and provided for, and there were plenty of drinks and snacks available. At lunchtime there was a range of hot and cold food and staff were quick to refill and clear plates.
Meeting room was of a decent size, however service wasn't that great.
Very good, from the reception that we received two Spanish girls, providing us with all kinds of data to visit the city. Thanks
Good price, great bathroom, comfortable facilities and great location
Very kind cordial and all organized without a hitch
All very well, the reception of the people, the attention of the different employees, the rooms, the location of the hotel, the playroom for the children ...
For putting a small but, the dinner letter is a bit short for children. Thinking of them there should be some greater variety of very simple dishes.
But in general it has been a perfect long weekend, and we will repeat as soon as we can.
Thank you !!
A very good service, clean room, great location - 10 minutes walk to Big Ben.
Services a bit cheap. Central air conditioning with throttle. Poor restaurant.
Good spot, room clean, bed and room temperature just right, best bit is the noise, its completely silent at night - breakfast average, but will return for the great nights sleep.
Excellent location, comfortable room, welcoming and helpful staff, tasty food!
Really liked it, nice room, good bed, support tables, separate shower and toilet facilities, mini fridge, hair dryer. I suggest requesting street view as rooms (220, 214 ...)
Nice room. Staff pleasant. Good breakfast. Good location
Nice, clean hotel with a great location. Ate dinner in the bar and the service was fabulous. Very accommodating.
Good location and affordable prices for stay in the heart of London. The rooms deserve refreshing!
