The cozy and clean room and the very helpful and friendly staff both in reception and in the restaurant.
I really liked the extra that the hotel offers with the restaurant in which to have dinner after a long day.
The breakfast buffet is very varied and of quality.
The situation is very good, about 5 minutes walk from Big Ben.
