Quiet rooms. Friendly staff Fast check-in location and atmosphere are good.

Poor quality rooms, poor quality Beds (specially for a room with over 2 people) and very expensive for what you get.

Well located and that is perhaps the most important.

Restaurant within the complex very well. You just have to know that it exists

Novotel hotel in centrally located in the middle of the city.very nice for children there is a table football and xbox and a table with several games and a swim pool.the rooms is clean and basic .the reception personel are nice and helpful.the breakfast is good.

No parking for car (you will not need it because everything it s near you)

The location is great, right in the centre. Don't try to come by car though, the parking is usually full. The rooms and hotel in general our outdated and need to be redone. Service is ok. There was a lot of variety at the breakfast buffet but the quality is not that great. The bread they served was still frozen. I would only recommend this hotel for its location.

Great location, great service, great people. Even the restaurant and terrace facilities are super.

Very conveniently located in the city centre and well-connected to almost all of Gent. Clean and spacious room with most amenities available (no iron though). Staff are mostly quite friendly and welcoming. Has a small pool and outdoor seating area so good in the summer. Air conditioning is exceptionally well-controlled so never feel too cold or hot (considering many old hotels in Gent don't even have air conditioning). The only thing is breakfast is usually not included and a bit over priced. But still deserves a 5-star for the overall positive experience. A great option for a longer stay in Gent.

Hotel extremely well located (it overlooks the korenmarkt square).
The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean.
The rate is a bit high but the discounts are regular making this hotel very interesting.

We spent 4 nights in this pleasant hotel in the old town. The rooms are large and well equipped, as is the bathroom with separate toilet. The breakfast buffet is very rich and varied.
Tip: no room to the rear courtyard, the noise at night by riotous young people and in the morning very early suppliers.

Perfect location in Gent and nice spacious rooms. The simming pool with bar is also a nice option to have on these hot days we're having lately.

Ok Hotel overall. Rooms and restaurant are good.
We had a room on the first floor facing a small alley on a Saturday . Windows installed do not issolate the noise of people walking by very well. You can literatily understand what the people are talking about when they pass.
