Novotel Cairo Airport Review

Very good hotel , clean and tidy rooms and helpful staff

Food at dinner buffet is amazing. Staff very co operative

People smoking in corridor and too much noise from other rooms.looked like someone took a nap in the room I was given.dated carpet but staff great,helpfuland friendly.wonderful grounds .was sorted out with food even when I arrived in late.

No domestic clean, old hotel facilities, provide Chinese food

Positives:
1. Close to the airport. So, very convenient.
2. The staff is really helpful. There's a reason behind why I am saying so. One night we reached the hotel at 2AM, the foot court was closed down, everyone had packed up. But we were hungry, so we requested if we could eat something. And they, prepared fresh food in the middle of the night. You don't get such services everywhere. So, won my heart at that.
3. Shuttle bus services are nice.
4. Buffet breakfast is the best.
5. Facilities provided are good.
6. Overall vibes are decent.
7. Clean and quiet.

Things which I didn't like:
1. There were few things broken in the room.
2. Water and some other essentials weren't put prior to us arriving there. Had to call, and then wait, for the things to arrive.

Things I would like to see:
1. A collection of movies/magazines/some sort of sound system to pass time.
2. Please improve the lightings and other fixtures.

Overall, I had a nice experience staying there.

My first time in this hotel and sure not last time, from A to Z every thing was fine in hotel ..i love it

Reception, restaurant, swimming pool and part of the hotel are refurbished. Most of the rooms are bad and need renovation

It's almost mid-night, and we cannot sleep because of the super loud wedding party in front of our room.
We have an early flight tomorrow.

Definetly there is an extreme failure in management, service is Zero, there are some efforts from sole individuals, but the mainstream of service is definitely a failure..
when I check-in and stay 3 hours continuously calling for someone to fix the sofa bed while we have a flight at dawn !!!! This unbelievable!?
I don't expect much from airport hotels , but the minimum of service is not there , delay in room service , delay in check in. Rooms are dull..
As a novotel regular customer worldwide, this has nothing to do with a novotel chain
