The best hotel in the capital of Egypt definitely recommend

A very nice hotel, the accommodation was excellent, the place was comfortable for the comfort, close to the airport, and friendly, especially the reception department, Mr. Kairols

There is a nice gym in use. Warm and welcoming staff. The guest relation assisted me through out my stay, I asked her many things and she was very helpful, I ordered a snack to my room which was delightful.

The hotel is in close proximity to airport. Not very far from City. It also connects to 10th Ramadan City and Industrial Park.
Though business hotel it has resort look.
Clean swimming pool , gymnasium and spa.
Rooms are spacious.

The receptionist are just too excellent in terms of hospitality and very accommodating. Nivotel is a place to revisit any other day. The hotel is extra ordinary superb. I enjoyed every bit of my stay in just one night.

Excellent housekeeping staff especially Salah, good room, great shuttle bus service, excellent food, welcoming staff.

Location wise is convenient if you are transiting as it s close to Cairo Airport. Facilities wise is dated and need refurbishment which is ongoing but I would say it s a week point. Staff need to give more attention to their guests specially during busy breakfast time. Pool is bit small but convenient. I wouldn t come again as there are better options nearby.

Old is gold ...close to Cairo int airport ..excellent services ..ooooo I love the pool side the restaurant variety and health club staff are wonderful..I would choose you again ..I loved the discount courtesy of Accor on my 3rd visit

Stay was welcoming and the service was good. Only need improvement in the lunch menu in variety and selection. Quality of food was good

Hawa is the best choice as a short visit for those wishing to continue their journey after a day or two or three days via Cairo at the most. Those who come through Cairo Airport can leave the arrival halls and walk to it. They do not have large bags because they share almost the same airport with parking. On the other hand, the hotel is characterized by its average price for business travelers and business travelers across Cairo as it is a first class hotel and its rooms are very clean and are equipped with bathrooms and good but medium size facilities and swimming pool is good as there is a tennis court and a field, I want to visit the city and give advice to the lazy, dynamic and active people. They use the medium-sized public transport buses that are acceptable, clean and not overcrowded. The cost of the terminal ends at the airport courtyard, heading to Roxy in Heliopolis and the center of Medina or Nasr City. To diversify between them and the hotel's good restaurant cuisine, the guest will really enjoy and combine good accommodation just steps away from his plane and will enjoy a visit to Cairo

I noticed that there were many people in the corridors of the rooms, and I thought they were soldiers, whose appearance was disturbing
Entrance procedures were long and tedious, and the wait became more intense until I entered a stage of tension
The receptionist whose photo I put up said he waited for ten minutes and it was two hours. When I got angry and tense, his colleague came and finished the matter by giving me the room card
The employee was not good at checking in

The hotel itself is nice. I liked the rooms but it needs properly vacuuming. This really let it down for me and although it might be a small thing for others, I thought it was quite notable. My stay was quick so I didn't get to experience the other facilities available or the breakfast. It was a stop gap before onward travel

The food was nice. I was on transit and was not entitled for a room but was given a free meal instead. Could sense the atmosphere was lovely

I have stayed for one night on 16th Jan, the room given to me looks to be old one and not maintained well, I m not satisfied for the money I have paid, breakfast is good with lot of options..

The service is excellent, the food is excellent and everything is beautiful

Nice place for 1 or 2 days or few hours even if you are going back to cairo airport or stopping for transit ... but nothing around to look at unless you take a taxi to heliopolis ..

Excellent service, but every service needed was extra to pay, it was ok because the hotel itself was very well priced for a 4 stars. But it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
Staff were amazing and very helpful, they when offer Merry and assist for airport for only$15

Actually its a not good experience. Everytime I am there I have to call the reception to complaining about the air conditioner, you can hear everything outside
Even the compliment they put is to show you disrespect only one packet of white sugar
Mugs are nt clean and sticky
Actuallu Im fed up with calling customer service to do what they should do as quality mesaurments
Finally thats my company that make me the reservation
But if i am on my own i will never think about Novotel..

Great atmosphere with very friendly staff. Reception staff was very professional. Free shuttle service from and to the airport. Nice swimming pool area. Tasty food and delicious.
