Definetly there is an extreme failure in management, service is Zero, there are some efforts from sole individuals, but the mainstream of service is definitely a failure..
when I check-in and stay 3 hours continuously calling for someone to fix the sofa bed while we have a flight at dawn !!!! This unbelievable!?
I don't expect much from airport hotels , but the minimum of service is not there , delay in room service , delay in check in. Rooms are dull..
As a novotel regular customer worldwide, this has nothing to do with a novotel chain
