Best working environment with affordable prize. Startup paradise [ Trust me , for a startup like us , we can't expect all the facilities with high class anywhere in Bangalore. ] . Thanks to Novel Tech Park indeed rather than a review from me. Second to none are the staff persons here from receptionist to network engineer and to a cleaner are so friendly and really they work like a family to help us resolve any difficulties we face. I wish they continue the same services for many years to come.

No one go for interview only time pass during interview. Hr have no idea how to take interview... All Hr time pass during interview.... No technical team are available during interview time....

Novel is one of the first company in Bangalore to provide shared offices space. They provide free customisation even for short lease, which I don't think other companies do. They are very flexible in pricing and give a good business support.

We are Digipercept, a digital marketing company operating out of Novel Tech Park since January, 2019. It is a co-working space that has all the amenities like 24/7 power, internet etc. There's a cafeteria on the top floor where hygienic food is available at nominal prices. The conference room and meeting room are well furnished and very handy for conducting interviews and quick meetings. Moreover, the staff are very friendly and cooperative. I would recommend Novel Office space for any fledgling startup as it is a prestigious address and nice place to have an office.

It was indeed a good experience for all of us, the arrangements were truly flawless we all enjoyed the ambiance and the customer service of your staff. A special thanks to Mr. Mehul and the other staff who accommodated our request to supply Coffee and tea on a day where your canteen was not operational.

I would like to share my experience of working in Novel office especially HR department.HR team is very kind and will always support us whenever we raise our concerns towards our work.

The Interview process is really good and it is very selective & also details which is shared on Naukri, LinkedIn or any other job platforms by Novel office is inline and accurate with respect to our applied job profile.

We started our business in Novel group and with them for the last 3+ years. We have shifted to Novel Tech park in August 2018. It has been a wonderful experience with the business center/tech park till date. Novel team has been providing support seamlessly and we never faced any problem. All services like client engagement, infrastructure, parking, house keeping, maintenance (all services) are excellent. We never had any down time working at this place. I definitely go with 5 starts. Thanks to the Novel team.

Very happy with the facilities and service at Novel Tech Park. When we took up the place about a year and half back, we were a bit sceptical....we anyways decided to try it for a few months. However the good facilities, excellent support from the sales and service teams and flexibility in terms of expanding as and when we need, have won us over. The fact that the pricing is also very competitive has made the decision to continue for the long term instead of moving to private premises quite easy.

Noel business parks offered us good infrastructure and IT support. It's pretty accessible since it's right in the heart of the city. Excellent hospitality management and good IT support.

Throughout the year they will post job posts in naukiri etc etc but they will call you for one role and they will conduct written test on something else. Don't go here if you are really don't want to waste your time

Nice place to star the your startup but not a really good infrastructure

All the above negative reviews are absolutely true. I personally experience this. And those reviews are written will help you to understand about this company, please go through all negative reviews and then think about attending the interviews. After Telephonic Interviews they Response in such ways you got Cleared the Interview, they invite to the office for 2 more interviews round after the process they hold down a result 4to 5 Days to say that you are not being Shortlisted. They make the candidate to be in a dilemma by not saying whether you are selected or not. They make candidate time to be wasteful for awaiting Results...I personally suggest you Never go for interview. And donot waste your valuable time.

Its a best place for shared work space. Had been here since April'19, its really amazing place. Well maintained and helpful staff, always on a call away to help. The sales staff "Naveen S" is great, he helped me in entire setup of my new office in the premises.

Facilities provided in terms of building maintenance is better than most startup office buildings. Cafeteria needs renovation and better service in terms of waste disposal.

Been here for the interview as well and have observed that the staffs are very friendly here, the system is very well co -ordinated. The place is maintained with hygiene. It has been almost a year since we are renting Novel office at Kudlu Gate. Due to some communication issue, there were some initial glitches which were very promptly addressed and resolved by the management. Everything after that is very smooth.
There is a scope of improvement in the canteen area. For the rest, we are very happy with the services and the facility.
