After Telephonic Interviews they Response in such ways you got Cleared the Interview, they invite to the office for 2 more interviews round after the process they hold down a result 4to 5 Days to say that you are not being Shortlisted. They make the candidate to be in a dilemma by not saying whether you are selected or not. They make candidate time to be wasteful for awaiting Results...I personally suggest you Never go for interview. And donot waste your valuable time.
