I've loved every interaction I've had with this company. I'm probably the weirdest client they could ever have asked for, and they've put up with me the whole time. Not to mention, their work is beautiful.

Had a question about there labels and sent this question to Kathy Rea and Bill Kudzia. Never received a response. Maybe my order of 100,000 labels was not enough for them to answer my questions. Did business and ordered them with another label supplier who was able and willing to answer my questions.

From initial enquiry to delivery, Jeff & NovaVision were on it. It was seamless working back and forth to make sure our specifications for our graphics on the labels looked on point. Their sample packet of stickers sent prior to the order was both professional and confirmed the quality of their products.

We'll be gladly reordering from NovaVision in the future.
