Not responsive to phone calls even texts, bad customer service, inconsistent information disclosed.
I don't know what they are even doing in their office. Are thet just collecting settlements? What a company!

If you know your worth as a customer/client, think twice before buying a property from this developer. Their customer service is the worst. Try calling their hotline, press 3 for Customer Service, no one answers - worse, calls get dropped. The only way to get to a live person is by choosing option 1 which is for SALES. How convenient. In case, you were wondering, yes I then resorted to their email address <custcareadvisory@paproperties.com.ph> and boy I wasn't surprised to read their response --- "call the customer hotline or go to the Project Site". Hello, there's an ongoing pandemic and you tell your customers to go outside and personally raise our complaints when you guys should have coordinated my very concern on your end, which by the way is freaking garbage collection -- YES, 2 months and counting.

I have 3 units purchased @ St Joseph Richfield, what i dont like is the St Joseph Waters system, nakaka PI talaga, ganito yung sistema nila in a month you only have 2 dates alloted to pay sa office nila sa subdivision, take note their office is open from monday to friday, but even if you want to pay on the date you want, you can't be a fool, you just need to be on the date they gave you, so lets say due date is July 5, you can only pay on July 3 -4, if you pass the edi instant penalty, they will answer you because they only have a collector twice a month, they say leave it with your roommate, eh what if you are not with your house, I hope you just allow the laguna waters be a water provider, your system is just stupid, and at least they don't have an allotted date that you can pay, when you can, we adjust your water business, it would be good if your water is cheap,

Bad, slow and disorganized service. Staff also raise their voice at you and hang up the phone. They always give vague answers. Slow to process documents and respond to your inquiries or complaints but are always quick to collect money.

Customer service here is cheap. They say something different! You will be returned without a vehicle but you will need documents not provided. Then you will be told that it cannot be given to you! Can't handle paying customer!

From our experience, first: my husband lost his documents while he was on the bark. Second when my husband came home to look for a house, no one was standing on the exact reserve location. Equity already paid. Third: lets see if they can refund our money to us. Their response is very long

There is no admin system in St. Joseph Richfield, no scheduling and project management, no amount of defects in my house and other acquaintances living there. At least you can tell when you complain. You never know if you're working or not. Sablay!

Dont trust this developer. Our elevator in OMP Pasay is not working since Oct 2017 and they dont have plans on fixing this even if we paid for the "assessment" of this elevator on top of our monthly dues. Worst developer ever!

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BUYING P.A. !!! Here at Richfield Sta. Rosa complains of electricity. Every time is lost because the breaker overloads. The solution seems to be to limit the use instead of adding a big breaker. Honest Opinion just because no one acts!

Very very bad service... if you will pay you will wait for less time but if you will complaint and you take your refund it will take hours to wait!!!! Specially in sanpedro office. This system didn't change since then!!!!
