Don't bother with this place. As a new patient, waited 2 months for an appointment. Appointment was at 3 pm. Took the day off work. Was turned away at 2:50 pm because they have a rule that is not appropriately communicated that your appointment will be cancelled if you don't show up 30 mins early. Find a place that cares about about you as a patient. If I waited 2 months you can spare me 20 minutes. The scheduling staff is absolutely unpleasant and will not work with you.

As the owner of Chicago Family Doulas it is such a pleasure to work with this incredible group of doctors . They are amazing and supportive. Our clients love them.
This is by far one of the best OBGYN practices I have been to. Nurses and doctors are all so nice! I was a patient here my whole pregnancy in 2020. I set an appointment Jan 2020 to get help with getting pregnant. The doctor and I set up a game plan with medicine, blood work, & ultrasounds and I was pregnant by Feb 2020! I continued my prenatal care here with Dr. Wise. She delivered my son in Nov 2020. She has always listened to all of my concerns and tried to help calm down any of the nerves I had. She answered all my questions thoroughly (about my scheduled csection), and I never left feeling unsure about something. My csection and recovery went beautifully and I have Dr. Wise to thank for that! I will be continuing all my OBGYN care here!
not happy with visit. asked for translator but was not provided. did some testing on my wife, did not explain what they were doing. pregnant women is not a lab rat nor ATM machine. she came back with multiple sheets of paper regarding about PAYMENT INFORMATION ONLY. that is right. Wife said that doctor was nice, but the team members never gave her a call back which they promised and appointment was made by nurse without even asking. she found out her appointment is in 2 days after hearing from automated appointment confirmation call. person who was helping her to make next appointment was not even looking at her while communicating and had ear phone stuck in one of her ear. yes, she was the one who said she will call back. never happened.
if I were you, I will look for other hospital even though doctor was nice.
I ve been going to NSFW for about 5 years now and have always received exceptional care throughout prenatal care, birth of our child, postpartum care, and subsequent women s health services. The staff is amazing and kind, and my provider, Dr. McMahon is exceptional.
Dr.MacMahon and her nursing staff are the best. I have been going to her for about two years and my sister does as well. She is compassionate, kind, and straightforward. I wouldn t classify many doctors as straightforward and that s what makes her special. Sometimes it is a long wait to get in. I was given an appointment a month out but I called maybe a week later on a Wednesday AM and was able to get in less than a week later. Not a new patient but you still need to arrive 15 mins early which I did and was fine with checking in.
Absolutely loved this place. My dr (Dr. Rice) has since moved on but all the other Dr's I saw during my pregnancy in 2018 were top notch. Highly Recommend.
Love this practice, Cindy at the front desk is an absolute pleasure, helped me when I was upset about something at one appointment and I never forgot it! Karina is awesome too, always remembers my name. They are fast, get you right in, listen to your concerns, and are timely, smart and caring doctors. I highly recommend. My friends all go there too and love it. I go to Dr. Dugan and she's great.
I went here for several years and it was always okay except for the wait time. The staff was usually pleasant and I liked Dr. Dugan. On my most recent visit she was late, and I know things happen but it just seems like I am never seen on time. They're only open M-F until 5, so I, and probably many others, need to miss our own work time to get here so it would just be nice if they respected their patients time as well. But like I said, I like Dr. Dugan so that's not why I'm giving 2 stars. The real reason I am is because on this visit I was told to have blood drawn for some kind of testing since I mentioned the possibility of trying to conceive. When the medical assistant was about to bring me back for that, I told her I didn't want to do it if it was something that would be billed separately and I would be charged extra for. She said "no it should be covered." Sure enough, they send me a bill for it. I called their billing dept. very upset that I was being billed for a service that I didn't ask for. They didn't even call me or give me any results from my appointment! So what am I paying them for?! They need to train their employees on what to say to patients and I will not be coming back here ever again if they don't remove these charges from my account.
