Never have I ever seen a company with such bad customer service. A customer gets upset and your rep tells them "I can't talk to you any longer. Goodbye" or I call and they tell me "you really think that amount is for the other months" first of all, I know we are behind on our bill. Second of all, don't talk to your customers like they are stupid or like you are better than them. It's very rude and very unprofessional. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I have had great experiences with REC. It is hard to find a company now a days that has good customer service. I have had excellent customer service from them and I would go out of my way to get them again as an electric provider.

To be perfectly honest. We inherited this "power company" from the previous owners of our house. Not sure what the previous owners were thinking when they thought this was the way to go with electric? One of our power boxes is connected to the "heat meter" that shuts down randomly for hours, which consequently is attached to our HVAC, garage power including garage door openers, washer/dryer, hot water heater, etc.
It's called interrupted service. So when the east side of the grid is using more power, you get shut off. And just so you know before you get in to the business with them, know that it's not easy to get OUT of it.

The CSR are fantastic. Super sweet and understanding. But if you can avoid this power source, I would. Unless you can go straight standard KWPH. Don't get roped into the "free water heater".

I live just outside of Union City. My electric constantly goes out. I've never lived anywhere that it went out as much as it does at this location. This is the only place I've had nwrec. I'm not impressed at all.

Our power lines came across the fields to our house and we were seldom without power. It originated from Townville. The power company moved the poles to along the dirt road and now any time the wind blows we lose power. Now our power is coming from Centerville, 7 miles away.

If you ever get a rude employee or they act snobby. I would hang up and call back and ask for Jill. (Yes I said hang up first) She has went above and beyond twice now for me. She understands customer service very well. Honestly I have hated this company but jill has turned that around. I hope she is noticed for her hard work and I hope the other rude a** employees learn from her!

Respond to my google review here please. Don't personally message me on facebook. That is what google review is for thanks.
