My wife and I both have difficult prescriptions and both the Drs and the staff here are awesome. Been using them for years. Always very pleased.
Love this place. I ve been wearing contacts for years and recently had issues with my hard contacts. Enter Dr. Achong to the rescue! She clearly loves what she does and it has been such a great experience all together. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. It s been a journey, but I appreciate all the efforts of Dr. Achong and staff to help me get a more comfortable option for contacts.
I had a wonderful experience as a first timer here. I felt safe in the midst of the pandemic. Everything is setup to support the measures taken and the flow and transitions were smooth. I had an annual eye exam, contact fitting and picked out new glasses. Every staff member was exceptional, professional and friendly. I loved it here.
This was my first time coming into Coan eye Care and I have to say this is a very professional environment from the minute you walked in you are greeted by staff. I want to send special shout out to Jennifer she helped us through the process of choosing glasses for my two teenagers showing us the trendy style while staying on budget she was very understanding of what they wanted and was able to help them and help me. This was my first visit -went to the Ocoee location and I must say that I was very impressed with thier service. All personnel involved in my care were exceptional. Really love thier eye wear selection. Would definitely recommend!
The visit to Coan Eye Care was a pleasure from beginning to end. Their selection of eye glasses was plentiful and great. I would definitely recommend and I look forward to being a continued patient.
Poor experience overall. Went for 5 follow up appointments to get the right lense for my eye and still to this day don t have a lense that is right for me. Dr. Butler down in South Florida prescribed a gas perm lense that fit me perfectly and provided me perfect vision on the first visit. Looks like I will be commuting down to South Florida for my eye appointments.

The concern, love, and kindness that she show me exceeded all my expectations and I m forever grateful for her service. Great experience as always, but was blown away by the new showroom and extensive selection of hip designer frames. From the moment I walked in the door to check in, I was made to feel welcome by the staff. My exam was thorough and diagnosed a chronic issue and recommended a simple treatment. Then Kayla helped me pick a new pair of WOW frames. I always compliment people on their unique frames, and now I have the first pair I think I've ever loved. Don't trust your eyes to a big box store. Invest in your health and maybe even your fashion style.
