Northwest Title Company is truly the most unprofessional title company I have ever dealt with. I have bought and sold many of homes but have never ran into a title company this poorly ran. From the beginning they have been rude, unresponsive and unprofessional. My closing date has been delayed because of them, they won't get anyone the info they need, or the amount I need in order to close. Due to their constant lack of communication, I was not able to get into my home the date I was supposed to. When I finally do get a response, they tell me they're too busy to help (basically they are to busy to do their job). The way that place is being ran is totally unacceptable. I know they're the only title company in town but that is NOT an excuse for the level of unprofessionalism they are operating at.

So far, they have been very professional in doing what is expected when going to a title company. The people were pleasant.
