Daniel Workman is a top notch technician. He updated our system and corrected errors made in the installation initially. Explained all that he did. Very thorough and personable.

[Technician, Service, Timeliness] Tim and all of the team that came out were great. They arrived on time as scheduled. They were very courteous and helpful. The job was completed and they cleaned up. Tim stayed to make sure everything was set with router. Then he called that evening to let me know they had made some adjustments in the settings to make it run faster. Excellent job!! I ve even had a follow up call the next day with them. Definitely recommend if you re needing internet in the rural area!!

Jason was my install guy in Crowley and he was the best. He called to let us know when he was coming not only did he call but he came early. Hooked up everything quick and did a clean job. Anyone who does electrical knows what I mean by clean job

It was a good service till here recently, pings lately have been bad and average about 8 to 10 internet drops a day. If you play games online, stay away! Probably good for stream but i pay 150$ a month for this... not worth but I'm stuck with them.

We were impressed with the Nextlink technicians. They were timely, respectful, knowledgeable, and skilled. We are very happy with the high speed internet we now enjoy. Also, we appreciated the office personnel for their respectful, honest and clear description of Nextlink services, prices and scheduling.

Jose came and was very cordial. Had everything set up pretty quickly, and Nextlink has provided me the best internet service even remotely available at my place. Would recommend to anyone who is in the area!

Had internet installed to a rural residence a few days ago and we are blown away with the speed and efficiency! Thank you, specifically, to the technicians who spent the afternoon installing on our farm - Tony and Jason! These guys were top-notch professionals who worked fast, answered questions and were kind to all of our animals running around during their install.

Only missed the 5-star mark for me because our install date that was planned a few weeks in advance had to be rescheduled twice on their end. I understand things happen, but waiting another week longer to get service was not ideal. Especially when taking off work to be available. This is not a reflection of the technicians. Again, Tony and Jason were great!!

I wish I could leave a better review, but the customer service is non existent after business hours and service isn t what was promised. Obviously too many people one one tower out here in kemp so our service crashes and there isn t anybody to help fix the issue because they don t care about customers after hours. We will be ending our service first thing Monday and going with a company that at least provides customer service. Might want to actually read the 1 star reviews the people that left them aren t lying.

Brandon was timely, knowledgeable and efficient. He was already prepared to change out the equipment when he arrived at our home. Our Internet down time was barely noticed by my husband, who works from home. Thanks to Nextlink Internet for sending Brandon, a valuable employee of your company, to complete the work order at our home.
