Took my friend in they said it wasn't an emergency was super rude to her. Arguing with her, it's their job to help not be huge asshats

Very friendly front desk and registration. Very clean and beautiful hospital inside after renovations. Great experience with labor and delivery staff and lab techs. My insurance covers both BSA and Northwest and I prefer Northwest.

I had my baby there and the nursing staff was great. In labor and delivery I had Hannah and Courtney. Both were amazing and made me feel super comfortable. They were helpful and understood my needs and were patient through my labor pains. In the post labor side I had one great nurse named Liberty. She was so helpful and provided top level care. I gave the hospital overall 4/5 because the food wasn't that great, really it was pretty bad. The rooms you have during and after labor were amazing.

My Mother has been in both hospitals in Amarillo at various times and we were so pleased with the care that she received from the nurses and the housekeeping staff always keep the room clean. I would suggest this hospital to anyone.

Not returning to the NWTX ER Urgent Care on Georgia st. I really felt that they did not want to care for me. They said I would be seeing a doctor but he was not an actual doctor he was a registered nurse. When the so called doctor came to see me, he didn't even introduce himself & looked at me as if I had done something wrong. It turned out I had a broken pinky with a lot of pain & wasn't even prescribed pain medication for it. What has our health care system become? Awful!

They have a patient there with covid coughing and touching everything and they have no masks and are around other patients with no covid they should get reported for risking others lifes and they did not sanitize while the covid patient touching everything not like nwth

I was treated with the utmost care, concern, courtesy, and professionalism by the doctors, nurses, techs, and support personnel. I couldn't be more pleased with my care.

That of the tradition is a lie since they see that one is Latino bothers paying my taxes for a bad service and it is for a girl the deal is dog in emergency the boy to tax first I will ask if it is legal but I hope that if for this It is a public service that pay our taxes
