I have read the negative reviews about NWSS, and they are baseless. The people are very kind, and work with you to find a good schedule to fit your life. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They only want capable people to work for them, making your experience with those security personnel much better.

I have worked with many security companies and most just higher who they can to fill positions making the quality of the job and experience worse.

NWSS is the best security company that I have ever worked for bar nome!

Terrible company they treat their security guard terribly and you have to retake your Washington state security license again once you already passed it, just to work with this company I rather go with Securitas or northwest enforcement at least these companies pay more and if you have your security license they don t allow you to waste your time by retaking it again Northwest security services is a joke.

Though small company, but the personnel is responsible for, is a company of great development prospects.

I applied to this company for a guard position. I have many years of experience in this field. They lowered the rate of pay once I stepped in for the interview. On top of that they still tried to lowball me. It felt pretty disrespectful. They pay on the lower end of the spectrum in Seattle which is disheartening because I bet almost all of their guards qualify for some sort of government assistance. How can you ask someone to secure a property, expect maximum results but give minimum pay? They are pretty smooth about it during the hiring process so watch for it.

I also wanted to point out that the mobile patrol vehicles are extremely tiny. Probably the smallest cars out of any security company I've seen. My back hurts just thinking about it.

I give this company a solid "meh". If you need a job take it but you can do better elsewhere.

If this company has Max Briw, working for them please reach out to me. I have texting and audio proof of this guy threatening me and another person for not giving his homeless brother money.

One of the worst company s around. They treat their employees like trash, and allow un-certified armed security guards to work jobs.

I have over 5 years of security experiences but did not get hired by this company due retaking their security exam and failed they made it extremely hard just to pass a 45 questions exam and their exam is not open notes like star protection agency and I must say I'm glad I didn't get hired by this company because It shows that they don't want their security guard to succeed within the company.

Great place to work. The Supervisor and Managers care about the employees and the job itself.

Their hiring process is illegal and they lie to you! The recruiter tells you about the vehicle patrol position with more pay instead, they put in a QFC guarding groceries with less pay ! Make sure when you go there for training to sign the pay sheet . otherwise they find a way not to pay you ! STAY AWAY if u can !

I try get a job from them and they told me I was in jail 3 time and I never put in jail I have 2 gun licenses to carry a gun. They told me do not come back at all one there car go on red lights with there fake lights on top there car

One of their security vehicles was on High way 99 in Federal Way driving like a teenager in a lowered Honda. Dangerously weaving in traffic and cutting off cars including myself... only to pass him at the next light. Willful unlawful conduct in a company vehcle (lic#NWSS56 evening of 3/22/18) equates willingness to be unlawful elsewhere as far as I'm concerned. Scratched off the list of companies in the running for the properties I manage.

Northwest' Security is the Best Security company ever the Staff here are incredibly compassionate & have a Heart for their officers. I have been working here for a couple months now & they are truly what a Security company should be. You will never find another like it. I have to say very professional & they meet each individuals needs.

Even the Field Supervisors work their butt off when an officer callls off they go to that site. The people in the office go above & beyond.. Each of them have given their heart & understand when one of their officers is going through a hard time. They will bring you a uniform if you need one. They truly care about us. They do Not Micromanage & give you the chance to fix your mistakes. They offer lots of O/T & it doesn't get better then that if you love to work. Don't always listen to a negative side Go see how incredible this wonderful comapny is for yourself. I love My job, lots of learning experience & plenty room to grow. Always look on the bright side of things things can only go up from Here. Successs is knocking on your door with sites like the Underground & Seattles most luxurious buildings. I have meet incredible people along this Journey. I hope you will give them a chance.
