They manage our condo complex. They are very poor...

They manage our condo complex. They are very poor. They do not let you know what is going on. They don't communicate with you, they don't follow up on complaints. I have been trying for over 2 years trying to get a drain properly repaired. The slim on the front porch is dangerous and the resulting mold and mildew could be contaminating my front wall. I have a calcium buildup on my front window caused by a sprinkler that is soaking the window every time the system comes on. I asked to have the window acid cleaned and the sprinkler that is causing the problem to be fixed. Not even a comment or confirmation from NW Management. I have sent several emails and numerous phone calls.

Leslie, the owner is great to work with. She is receptive to requests/complaints, and bends over backwards to make sure her clients are taken care of. I have recommended her to others who could user her management services, and would not hesitate to do so again.

Unfortunately 0 stars is not a option. These people are slumlords, and thieves. Repairs requests are delayed and only half completed. They will take your security deposit and use it in addition to the non refundable cleaning and carpet fees. The swindlers also charged us for utility bills that were paid IN FULL after move out and at the time of this posting refuse to respond or answer for their actions. This"company" is the definition of crooks. I have never felt it necessary to leave a review on a management group but I feel it a public service to warn others about their abhorrent business practices. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! If you are renting through this company you are treated as a second class person by the management. I've rented through NW ME for over 3.5 years without missing a payment. One time USPS lost my payment (which they sent later), causing a late $50 fee. I was told by Leslie Willey that the only way they would remove the fee if a written request is submitted. After writing a letter expelling the reason, Willey still refused to remove the fee. So much for being a loyal customer. If you can, steer clear of NW Management Exclusive, total jerks.

They are scammers be careful do not deal with this company they take money for applications and never call you they just sent a letter with denial even if your history is perfect and perfect income, i had to call them every few days to find out and they took weeks when i called them again in a week they said your application was denied for no reason they never called to let me know so i would start looking for other rent, wasted so much of my time and money, my application got denied because i had great rental history and credit score and great income, when i asked whats the reason for denial?cause i was shook that i got denied first time ever with a great history and they had no answers, they make any reason to deny your application to collect hundreds of dollers from people it cost me $100 to apply and can you imagine how many people apply everyday and they deny them to collect money by scamming them. stay away from this company unless you want to get scammed by them.

Called several times over the last few days about a broken appliance and every time, it's starting over. They have no record of each call naturally so their solution is to blame the renter and accuse them of lying. Great customer service....not really.

I called to schedule a showing. I mention to the lady I had a service animal above the weight restriction and she immediately told me no. I mentioned my animals right and the equal house act. She took a big sigh and asked what the animal for, why do you need him I answered and she SCOFFED at me and said he has to have documentation and a doctors note or no I told her we had documentations and she continued that I won t schedule a showing unless you have those papers in your hand I will never go through this group again or even mention you exist to anyone

Do not rent from this untruthful company! The owner called me a liar to me face. Any person that owns property with this dishonest company should drop them on moral grounds if you consider yourself a moral Christian person please drop this company and if you are a prospective renter stay away!!! To accuse prospective tenants as liars is unacceptable. I got an unwelcome gut feeling on the first visit to the office know I know why.

We found a really cute place in Camas, and when we called to inquire about it, we were told we could apply online. That Night, there was no area that let us apply online. So we went to the office the next day, and had to apply in person. What got me is, its not first come first serve on applying, but its first come first serve on who shows up at the open house. So my boyfriend took a late lunch, and headed out to the open house. He was the first one there, and somebody else showed up just before the open house started. Before they even walked in the door, the other person called in stating he wanted it...I have never heard of that process. So that in itself was frustrating. My boyfriend called it in, and told we are second in line, and that the other guy has so many days for a down payment, etc. And then said we will have a final answer on Tuesday. We both got notification over the weekend that our credit had gotten pulled by this company. We called Tuesday (twice) and were told we would know by Wednesday. We called Wednesday (twice) and were told we would have an answer Thursday (today). Needless to say, we have run out of time, and need to stay where we are currently residing; and they lost what could have been potential customers.

I found a house that we wanted to rent with NW Man...

I found a house that we wanted to rent with NW Management. We filled out the applications, and brought them in yesterday evening. We were treated very poorly by the receptionist. At first she kept saying that I was missing info from my app, but after she looked three times, it was there. When she looked at my employment information, she became kind of supercilious because to verify my employment she would have to go on a website and according to her "we just don't do this". So she gave me some other paper that I had to get. When I tried to explain that this wasn't the same thing as she was talking about, she pretty much shut me down. Then she asked for the $100 application feel. When I asked for my application back, because I wasn't going to fork over $100 for an application that wasn't complete, she she became snotty and said that an approved application doesn't 'reserve' a unit, just makes us eligible to rent. Um, yeah. I know that. NW Management, you lost a very good long term resident.

I took my application, and my $100 and went to Ross Pacific Properties. They were friendly, fair and didn't go out of their way to make me feel like I was bothering them.

DO NOT employ this company! Our home was trashed and Leslie didn't return phone calls - we have to put thousands of dollars into fixing the repairs & then heard nightmare stories from the neighbours about the tenants that Leslie approved to be in our home. The account lady is one of the rudest people we have dealt with. They didn't seem to do an exit check-list as we found so many problems & the tenants weren't even charged for the repairs - we were going to receive a bill from Northwest Management Exclusive for damages done by the tenants! If there was a a 0 star we would choose that over a 1.
How this company is still is business is beyond our understanding!!

Inquired about a house at least 6 months ago and they kept pushing back the available dates. Now it's April and it's still listed for immediate viewing. Seems like they're just collecting application fees and never renting it out. Glad I found a better house with a great landlord. So I guess they actually did me a favor!

This company has ZERO professionalism. It seems all they want is to take your application money. First, I called on a property I was interested it, I got ZERO information about it. They took my phone number and said they would call back, NO ONE EVER CALLED. I had to call and basically do their job - I was told to view the house, made an appointment.
Rene, the woman who met us there had absolutely NO people skills. She seemed as though she had better things to do than answer questions, then told us we had 10 minutes to see the house and leave because she had to go!
I went ahead and provided all the information for the application process and $100 CASH- took it to her office.
Again, ZERO professionalism. She did not give me a time frame nor any "next step in the process. I had to email her a few things the next day and my email was BLOCKED from Rene's and the "main info" email address!! I called and she put me on hold right away, someone ELSE answered the line to "assist" me.
Waited the following Friday through the weekend, come to find out - they sent a letter of denial THE SAME DAY I GAVE MY MONEY FOR THE APPLICATION!!!
I can only assume that's why my emails were blocked THE VERY NEXT DAY...
This company is SERIOUSLY A JOKE

WHATEVER YOU DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
