1) Inconsistent policies depending which teller is...

1) Inconsistent policies depending which teller is helping you, which is confusing and hard to plan around, 2) sketchy technology including a personal banking app that will crash your phone. Wonderful customer service and I've always had great interactions with tellers, 3) not so much with supervisors. 4) Go with one of the great credit unions in Anchorage if possible. PS Northrim keeps their lobbies really hot, not great in summer
UPDATE: I'm now here again 2 days later and Northrims entire computer system is down. They aren't closing, just refusing to do most services. Again, sketchy tech causing problems for your customers. This customer will be leaving ASAP.
