Just recently purchased a car from Roy at Cats Exotics. When my wife and I walked in the door to "just look" at some cool cars Roy and everyone at Cats Exotics made us feel welcome. There was never any pressure to purchase anything and Roy took the time to answer all our questions. When we were finally ready to purchase a car Roy was beyond easy to work with and went above what was expected. He made sure the car was perfect on his own dime with a few things that I was not expecting to be covered or done. I was blown away with how great Roy was to work with and how far he will go to make sure we felt special. From the moment we first met him to after the deal was done, Roy was professional, positive and honest. He is a true car guy that shares the same passion and love for these rolling works of art as we do. I had CATS EXOTICS represent and sell my Lamborghini LP640 for me. Roy and John were both very professional an pleasant to deal with. They made the whole process very simple, easy, and painless. Roy is VERY knowledgable about the cars, and also the marketplace. He seems to have a pretty good idea of what the cars are worth and what he can do for you. Very good about keeping to his promises and expectations. John helped facilitate a lot of the logistics and is ultra awesome about communicating every step of the way. I would highly recommend them!

Personal experience about my GTR 2015 Purchase. So I have been looking for a newer GTR. I found the car on eBay and reached out Cats exotics. I called and spoke to John Zuberek. John did a fantastic job answering my questions. Even though I ended up not buying the car on the spot due to the fact i was trying to sell my car first John was nice enough to try and help me sell my m3. He even took that my info and sent me over some potential customers. 1 month later after watching their YouTube video on the car I realized the car was too perfect to what I wanted and if I didn t buy It someone else might. I emailed John and asked him for more info. John answered every question I had and made the purchase super easy. I never drove the car I just asked for a video and pictures. Now I had the car for 2 weeks and have been driving It as much as I possibly can. Overall I am satisfied with the car. Definitely can tell this dealer ship sells highend cars at the most competitive prices. Thank you guys

Do not buy a car here! We drove 5 hours to buy a Ferrari and when we showed up at 3pm the shop was closed even though the sign and website said open until 6. Some random guy was washing cars in a garage across the way and so we asked him nicely if anyone was available to help us. He informed us that there was a family emergency and the owner was gone. We started to leave when he approached our car and became extremely rude asking us if we had an appointment - we informed him we didn't have an appointment as the business advertises it's open until 6 today so we were unaware that any type of appointment was required.

At this point he became extremely rude even after we informed him we were looking to spend around $150,000 on a car.

After he treated us like garbage he proceeded to tell us he was the owner.

So basically he is a liar because that was completely different information then what he expressed 10 min earlier when we arrived.

Keep in mind all we were trying to do was spend $150,000 on a car and instead we run in to this uneducated idiot.

To sum things up I buy a lot of exotic cars and I love all types of cars, I have bought and sold vehicles all over the world from London to Dubai to New York to California and never in 16 years have I ever been treated with such disrespect.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Period.

You have many options when buying any type of exotic and there are many dealers just south of Seattle that would love to earn your business, my professional recommendation is to just avoid this place all all costs, they are just not good people.

I had an excellent experience with Cats Exotics. Very professional staff, very responsive. It is clear from the moment you pick up the phone, that this dealership is a high class organization. There is no pressure to sell you cars, or any tactics to get you to purchase unnecessary add-ons. John was exceptional. I bought a 2013 nissan gtr sight unseen, and he made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process, and never once did I feel unsettled. When I asked about getting a Pre Purchase Inspection, he even got me in touch with a gtr specialist at another shop, and helped facilitate the process. Even after the car was sold, John was still in contact with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. The entire transaction was smooth, and seamless. Can t say enough about how great of an experience it was. I would definitely recommend them without any hesitation.

I really enjoy going to cats they have a great selection of really rare exotic it's cool to see the stuff and the greater Seattle area if you are in the area I recommend swing by and taking a look at it it is definitely cool with a lot of awesome surprises and I think they have the most Lamborghini diablos in the world located there make sure to swing by and check them out.

I just purchased a sweet 2011 911S. What a great car! I want to thank John Z and the team at Cats Exotics. They were professional and great to work with. They even picked me up from the airport so I could drive my car home. They have a great variety beautiful cars from American Classics to amazing foreign exotics.

Cats Exotics understands that when you are in the market for a super car, specific guidelines and stipulations exist. I brought a list of "wants" and a list of "needs" to Cats and was blown away at their willingness to seek out and find the perfect car for me. Jonathan took price, make, model, color, miles, etc. into consideration as we worked on finding that perfect machine. I never once get the sense of "let's just get you in A Lamborghini" it was more like, "We are here to get you YOUR Lamborghini" and I appreciated the hell out of that. Kudos guys. I will be back!

Cars are nice, but the people working there are not professional. Horrible rude customer service. I purchased a car that was faulty and they charged me thousands of dollars to return the car a couple of days later

CATS EXOTICS offered the best after the sale service of any dealership that I have purchased from in the last 20 years. That pretty much says it all right there. They did not leave me hanging on a couple of minor issues after the sale. You can tell that they are family operated by their high service level. Always returned calls/emails promptly and displayed great patience. if you are looking for a higher end vehicle and found one at their dealership I would have zero concerns at all with Cats even if buying sight unseen.

We are very pleased with our decision to consign our special interest car with Cats Exotics. Jonathan provided guidance on pricing the vehicle and the subsequent photo workup and marketing was very professional and fast. There was a lot of interest in the car and a deal was finalized within three weeks of consignment that was equitable for all parties. We would not hesitate to do business with Cats Exotics in the future.

I paid 23k for an 08 BMW that has 3k+ in repair costs. I did not get a PPI because I rushed to purchase this car, assumed it was in decent/fair used car condition, bought a one way ticket from Oregon to buy this car. I cannot take all of the blame, as I was led to believe the issues I were seeing could be covered by warranty. I am left with a horrible feeling. Nonetheless, I felt he was very unfriendly in person and over the phone.

The worst dealer in all of WA State. Lied about history and quality of the vehicle. Jonathan is very unprofessional and arrogant. Once I drove off the lot I had to take it to a shop to repair. Ended up spending $3,000 more to repair on day one of ownership. They did not want to take care of the issue or even discuss help out the client. They are nice and friendly to the point when the deal is all paid for. No sense of customer service from this company. BEWARE all buyers.

I purchased a 1967 Chevelle convertible back in August 2014 upon looking at the add they claimed it was completely restored, and a SS. On the 75 Point Used Vehicle Inspection sheet they claimed the radio was not working and that the headlight on the driver side was out but they fixed it.( they reverse the highbeams for the low beams ) that's how much they know the salesman by the name of Travis Cuykendall claimed that this car was in perfect condition and has been restored He also claimed it was owned by a friend of the owner and in perfect shape the car was delivered to my neighborhood by a private trucking company upon it coming out of the truck the first think I noticed it had no backup lights and one brake light on the driver side was not working upon getting in the vehicle there were no seatbelts I had asked Travis three times if there was any rust in or on this car he claimed absolutely not, well that turned out to be a lie there was actually $15,000 worth of rust on this car not to mention the center console was cracked,the clock did not work, the entire seats were worn out and needed new foam, and the cigarette lighter and instrument panel did not work along with the windshield wipers, the light switch knob for the headlight was broken you could literally pull it out and have it in your hands the back windows did not roll up properly, the glove box was broken the car also had water leaks to the point if you went to wash the car water would come in from everywhere, There were so many things wrong with this car that when I emailed Roy the owner and explained that when I had talk to Travis I told him I was a senior citizen retired from the military and didn't want to have to redo an old car that I wanted a completely restored car and I was willing to pay the price they wanted, my complaint was this car was advertised as a completely restore car I have had to spend the last year restoring the car myself and have put in $21,594 to get it to where cats exotics had advertised when I emailed him he said what did you expect you bought an old car he's right I did buy an old car that's what I wanted but I wanted it as he described in his advertisement and on eBay completely restored vehicle beware of this place do not buy a car from them they are very dishonest and his son let's not even get into it about him he's very rude and arrogant They lied about so many thing their 75 point inspection is a complete joke, more people need to voice their concerns about dealerships like this they rip off the average Hard-working person. there going to come back with something like we told him to get a pre-inspection yes they did but they also told me the person doing the inspection was not going to go through it very thoroughly and they were just going to look at the things they could see without using any tools and that they were friends of theirs, again I live in San Francisco and they were in Seattle I went by the better Business Bureau in Seattle and the automotive dealership licensing and there was no complaints but there will be after this if they were honest I would never be writing this. this car was definitely not as advertised. the list goes on transmission,rear end, and engine were leaking fluids the suspension was put on wrong and wrong parts were used as well, beware of these guys as I said

I discovered Cats Exotics by accident. I had driven by them a million times but, for some reason, thought they were a body shop. Once I realized they sold cars, I started checking their website and it was not long before I found a car I wanted to test drive. Roy was very easy-going and friendly and made no fuss about me taking it out alone to test drive. I said I wanted to think about it (had other test drives scheduled) and he was very low pressure with a "Come back when you are ready" attitude.

In the end, I made an offer on the car and completed the purchase with Jonathan's help. Very easy to work with, friendly people and my bank told me they value the car at a significantly higher dollar value than my purchase price.

Interestingly, as part of my car-shopping due diligence, I went to the dealership where my husband and I bought our last two cars (Audis) to see about ordering a new one. Though I had set an appointment ahead, the salesman was very dismissive, basically rushing off to a test drive with another customer. I felt brushed off and kind of offended after that. I was ready to order $150,000 car and all I got was "Sorry I have a test drive to get to--here is a brochure to take with you."

Roy and Jonathan were the exact opposite - very laid-back, took the time to discuss options with me, just a great blend of friendly and professional. Can't say enough good about them and they would be my first choice if I choose to add another high-end car to my family!

I'm Chinese and I don't speak gud English, I just called in to ask some question about the wheels. The worst attitude I have ever experienced. Don't do business with them.

Roy and Jonathan are the very definition of the word Professional. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none, and they are completely committed to their customers' satisfaction. Even having not yet bought a car from them, they have showed the utmost level of respect and care for me. So to say the least, when the time comes they will be the only place I go. The high-end car community is lucky to have such an amazing team on its side.

I've had the good fortune of business doing well enough to the point of considering upgrading to an "exotic" car. Emailed requesting info on a car, not sure if the site I used to email lost it, but never got a reply so I called. Very friendly phone service, got the ball rolling by sending in trade in evaluation for my current car. Waited a few days and didn't get an email back so I called. Again, friendly phone service and had a financing application sent to my email to submit. I completed the application and never heard a word back from either the credit application or the dealership. The car in question says sold now. Needless to say I won't be contacting anyone here again. I guess I wasn't taken seriously or enough of a gauranteed sale to warrant any attention. Regardless, the fact that I never received a response from the finance company after submitting sensitive information is shady.

My credit score is better than my wife of 6 years (not girlfriend), it's nearly 800, and I applied with my own credit....
I was willing to put down whatever was needed to lower my monthly rates I never said 6k or any amount because we never reached that point in you're imaginative deal that was never discussed.
The last person I spoke to said to apply for the loan before doing anything with the trade in and I never heard a word after that. Nothing was discussed about no deal over the phone.
I recieved an email AFTER I called. Never received replies to any email I sent. Bad business.
You're lying about everything to save face and it's sad. Good luck everyone dealing with these people.

I would give the Cats Exotic guys 10 stars if I could. I first contact Johnathan, who was very courteous, and told him what car I wanted and what my terms were to buying the car. I took a flight to Seattle the next day and was picked up from the airport from Morgan. John from Cats Exotics, a true gentleman, was waiting for me with Joshua from Veloce Motorsports, who did my PPI and. Blake from Northwest Auto Salon. Everyone took mental notes of what I wanted and executed everything perfectly.
