Great place to work! I've been here a little over a year and absolutely love coming to work each day. We live into our core values each and every day.

NorthPoint is an incredible organization with the best people! I love my job and those I work with- we are like a family. There really is no other place like it. We are a medium sized company with a start up mentality. Start up culture is not for everyone. Here is what you can expect:
-Speed- we move quickly
-Innovation- we are doing a lot of things others aren't doing and we like to experiment with new technologies
-Hands on training in an organic environment- sometimes you drink from a firehose
If you need a super structured work environment- this might not be a place for you. If you are a mover, a shaker and a problem-solver---you are in the right place!

I am so lucky to be able to work for such an amazing company. The benefits and perks are better than anywhere I have worked before and they continue to improve them. The executive team is over the top and really care about the employees. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

I have worked for NorthPoint for 2 1/2 years and am located in the Cincinnati Office. I can truly say that this is by far the best company I have ever worked for. They truly value their employees and continue to challenge me on a daily basis. Great culture, great people, and great work environment. I am so thankful that I get to work for such an amazing Organization.

Northpoint is an amazing company to work for! I have been working here for almost 3 years. They truly live by their core values and truly care about their employees. The leadership that I have been under on the multi family side is truly a blessing. The management cares about a work life balance but also challenges me in my role to work at my fullest potential. During COVID-19 the COO called and checked on me to make sure me and my kids were okay. When this company has over 500 employees . Speaks volumes!
