There are many reasons why NorthPoint has grown and become such a successful company in a relatively short amount of time. They hire the best to do the best to become the best. I've never worked for a Company that instilled a drive in me to become a better person (not just employee), even when I leave the office. Plus, they love to feed their employees - and everyone appreciates a free lunch!
