They managed my apt in Westborough, MA called Fountainhead apt. I lived there for 3 years when they managed it. One of the worst management companies. Rude and unhelpful staff.
What an amazing company to be apart of!
I recently went on maternity leave and to my surprise I received a gift box in the mail. Inside was baby gifts with a personal note saying Congrats from " The Northland Family" !
It meant a lot to know that I am apart of an organization that truly promotes family values and gives you a professional family you can rely on.
We live at Pima Canyon in Tucson Arizona. Many businesses in the state are resuming normal operations on May 4th, with more openings on May 8th. Today we received a property-wide email stating that the pool and gym will remain closed. There are thousands of cars on the road in Tucson today, and its already 90 degrees. Why is our pool and gym going to stay closed? This is an act of COWARDICE and TYRANNY by the clowns at Northland.
Update for Memorial Day 2020: This long weekend kicks off summer and most pools and gyms in Tucson are open. Our amenities remain closed and off limits. We have ZERO respect for the people currently "managing" this property. This controlling charade is DISGUSTING.
I find it kind of funny that the only positive reviews come from employees of this company and not one tenant...these are the worse apartments I have ever dealt with maintenance is horrible and office staff even worse.

This company is like dealing with slum lords. They charge high rents and do nothing to keep up the building. Mold on building no updates or cleaning during covid They don t follow the laws of the states they are in around noise complaints and resident issues. They hire incompetent staff and they take advantage of their residents. Stay far away from any of Northland owned or operated properties!!
Have not had a good experience at these apartments. They cut corners to save them money & the tenants pay the price. Faulty and cheap equipment, poor maintenance follow up, and excuses from management every time you try to get something fixed. Would NOT recommend staying anywhere that is owned by Northland.
Complete JOKE. They owe me $500, since JUNE 2019. It's now OCTOBER. I was just told a 5th different story, & I can expect it around NOVEMBER. Countless calls, messages, emails, unanswered. Lying, incompetence,lazy, and just a lack of caring at all.
I've left messages, to find out no one got it. No one knows what's going on. Absolutely pathetic and rude. I honestly learned a lot from this experience.
