Our first time together here but definitly wont be the last. Great food & great fun!!!

Great food, the service was fantastic.
The best corn bread I have ever had.

This place has great food at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean and well lit. Our compliments to the cook. His soup was out of this world. We really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be back.

The food was wonderful. We went in there tonight, and the service and food was out of this world good.And the waitress took pride at her job.I and Dr.Sargent and his mother will be returning.You can count on that.The date was July 13,2018.

Great food! The Wednesdsy night burger special is worth the stop in. Awesome karaoke on Thursday night's with Tim The Tune Man!

I headed to this location to see my brother who was playing acoustically. I didn't know what to expect it was a two-hour ride and I was happy to stop driving when I finally got there. What I encountered has me still smiling. A friendly bunch of patrons, friendly staff, and of course my brother's amazing music. The place is ample allowing social distancing. Make sure you eat there! Dinner was great. I had the steamed shrimp and service was equally great. Happy bunch of people at this local bar. I was welcomed. I will return!

Service is great and the food is great and reasonably priced

Good place to stop for lunch. Just make sure you don't use profanity or the bartender will make you put $1 on the ceiling.

My husband and I have eaten here a couple of times now and have enjoyed great service and great food each time. I had the Chicken Florentine last night which was excellent and my husband had the prime rib which he said was good but slightly over cooked for his taste (he requested rare but this was closer to medium). Everything else was delicious - especially the corn pone!! We had the same server both times and she was awesome both times! We'll definitely be going back.

Grear drink prices but you get what you pay for. Thursday karaoke with Tim the tune man is a blast!

Good local and hometown "Cheers" kinda place. Home cooked food that almost never disappoints.

Service was slow and food wasn't all that great this visit. This is not always the case. Have had good food here in a friendly atmosphere also.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would have! Wow! We walked in & the old woman behind the bar said, go ahead & seat yourself. We did and sat and waited. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon and there were 2 people at the bar. No one else in the dining room. Not busy at all! And we waited and waited. Not even an acknowledgement! 5 minutes we waited, then we left. So disappointing! I guess they don't really need the business!

Fun country bar with live music and room to dance. Diverse crowd.

the bartender made sure his regulars were well taken care of while he basically ignored us. we wont be back

Great food as well as good drinks and awesome staff

This is The Place in Laurel. The Wed Burger.Nite special is top shelf. Service always excellent. Chef Jeff visits w customers and insures quality control. Family owned business for generations and are often in house . Live music and Karoe on weekends. Bike week great time to be seen here. Good dingles spot.

A good place to go and just have fun and meet alot of cool new people.

I had a nice thick cheeseburger and a mixed drink friendly atmosphere and customer service was great

Would love to give this place a good rating. But I'm just sitting here at an empty bar waiting for this lady to get done talking to her friends and maybe actually take my food order.

Great burgers and super friendly waitresses! Prices are reasonable for freshly made menu items.

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. We walk in at 6:30ish on a Saturday... and the place is empty (with a mild funk). This should have been clue number one, but whatever, sometimes I like to prance through a whole garden of red flags. My family was all going there together... and yet we had to sit at separate tables. I get it, sometimes you don't have the capacity for large groups... but a table of 7 should have been able to be put together. There wasn't even an offer to push a couple tables together. But again... whatever. It's not that big of a deal.

The next thing I notice is the plethora of filthy, crumpled dollar bills pinned to the CEILING above the bar. My grandmother asks the waitress WHY!? And she says "That's our curse jar." You know... that's funny, maybe even endearing. If these stripper singles were not pinned to the CEILING above the BAR SURFACE where food and drinks are served. Shudder. Gag. Existential dread sets in.

Appetizers come out... and they are wrong. Waitress takes them away... and brings back the right ones that are mediocre at best. Either way, she pretty much set 20$ on fire because she put in the wrong order. I get it, it happens. And I actually wouldn't put it past this hole to just serve them up to someone else after reheating them.. Gross.

This place says it is a BAR AND GRILL. So I order a steak. Same thing as my dad. They bring out this 10oz ribeye... and it is easily 6oz of fat. JUST fat. Huge hunks of fat. Didn't even cook down fat. FAT. I expected some fat, some marbling. It's a Ribeye. I'm not a moron. But more of this steak was pure fat than it was meat. I'd have been horrified if a cut like that ever made it to a customer! My dad's steak is fatty, but not as much.

My fiance orders a quesadilla... can't mess that up, right? RIGHT!? They brought him 2 mealy chicken tacos (also full of fat!!!) and there was about a nickel sized amount of cheese on ONE of the "quesadillas." The guacamole was slimy and runny, the lettuce was wilted. Gross... He didn't eat it and insisted his stomach was just feeling off. From the one bite he took... I WONDER WHY!?

My grandmother's fries were WET. The beers were piss warm... And when any of this was brought to the attention of our inattentive waitress (who made a point to tell us she was 27, despite how young she looks)... she just looked awkwardly and shuffled about. No offer to make it right, nothing. No manager to be found. You know what... at 27, you should know how to handle something like this. This is day one of waitress training. And, just to note, we still tipped her well.

You actually couldn't pay me to crawl back into this dingy, mildew riddled hole of a "restaurant." Eating Taco Bell off of the sidewalk probably would have been more satisfying. Actually, I'm pretty sure I have sat on a curb and eating street truck meat with less revolting fat...

OH AND DID i MENTION THE FLIES!? FLIES EVERYWHERE! All over the food, all over the table, all over EVERYTHING! The bathroom was apparently FULL OF THEM, but I just held it until I got home for fear of what atrocity existed within the walls of that ladies room.

Small but a town fav. Pool table fun . i enjoyed. Bands are good as well as Thurs eve Kareoke.

The waitress was extremely nice that's about it. I visited this bar and grill alot when they reopened a few years ago. Back then, I would of told you the food was fantastic and the place had a wonderful atmosphere. However, last night was awful. They recieved 3 strikes from me in regards to their bar. Their draft beer from the tap is terrible... Not only was the color completely off but they also served it in a plastic solo cup. Someone in our party ordered a double kahlua and milk which was noted it was just milk. The final strike was when they barely had anything in stock on a Saturday night at 6pm. Critically, a bad sign. I only give this resturant two stars for having such a friendly waitress. Other than that, if you decided to stop by and get some grub just go to hardees lol!

Stopped in for one of their daily specials which happened to be a burger (they have a special for each day of the week). Great burger made the way you want it and I loved the fresh cut fries. Waitress was friendly and great price. I'll be going back!

The staff is the friendliest around. Everyone is always happy to see you. The food is amazing and the karaoke stage is the best you'll find anywhere, hands down!

Family friendly during dinner hours. Friendly helpful service. The meals were great, appetizers were less than impressive. Fried pickles were a lump of dough with a few chips hidden inside. Jalapeno poppers were good once heated, we ended up with less peppers when they came back but were still charged full price. Prices were normal for bar food. I would give them another cahnce.

Shrimp tacos were good so was the brownie wth ice cream. Good service.

Definitely our new go to for a great meal out close to home. Have been about four times now and the food and service has been outstanding each time. Highly recommended!

Came here on a Friday for dinner. By the time we left, the place was packed. The food was really good. I had a burger, which was very good . My wife had ordered the mac and cheese with lump crab meat. That looked very good. Also had live music . We will be back !!

Shout out to bartender Kelli! She was attentive and friendly. Can't wait to come back and see her again!
