The community is wonderful very quiet. The community is clean and also very well taken care of. I love that is very close to my job and close to stores . The staff is very friendly and very nice. They have awesome events for us. Can t wait for the valentines event. I enjoyed living here. It is also pet friendly they have a great laundry facility clean and they all work. Quarters are all the machines for us to go in at any time they also have a plenty for the community. Great apartments to live at.

Horrible structure , won t even contact you 60 days prior to your lease and will use it against you even if u paid all your rents , horrible service , maintenance is fast and good but office never answers phone and ain t never in office , I ve paid all 12 rents to my lease and was told I owe 2 more months cause I couldn t contact them and submit my 60 days notice when it was originally their fault for not getting with me
Great place to live at close to my son s school. I live that is close to my job and the rent price is great. Affordable and the staff is nice. Take cares of your maintenance request.

I moved in to my first apartment here and I really enjoy it. The staff was very friendly and was also very helpful through out the application process. I live that they did a $150 off first month rent it was perfect for me helped me a lot. I totally recommend this apartments!! Check them out! I give it a 5 star!
I love my new apartment is very nice. The staff is very nice and also very helpful. The maintenance did a great job in my apartment. I love that is very spacious and that I have parking close to my new home. The community is close to Great Shopping centers and great restaurants close by. I love that my day care for my kids is five minutes away. They are a gated community and I love that they take my packages.

They also are a gated community and they have valet trash they come and pick up the trash for you. The staff does great things for you every month. They also give this discount card for restaurants. That s a great deal. They also cleave carports if you wanna Park your car. The greatest thing I like is that they have awesome visitor space for my big family that comes and visits me. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and is amazing. Great space the kitchen is perfect size and they have awesome spacious rooms and closets. I also love that they have a patio in front of my entrance door. I totally recommend this apartments.
I have been living in this community for 2 years now and like any apartment community there are pros and cons. Lets start with the cons, over the last 24 months I have paid $75 per month totaling $1800. never not one time have I been able to successfully have a car towed from my reserved covered parking. On top of that the signs that are posted here for the towing company does not have a contract to tow here. If you ask the office they tell you they are in "transition" to getting another company. I have had 15 failed attempts to have someone removed from my parking spot. DO NOT PAY for reserved parking here. I have had my cars broken into 3 times. The gates are often broken or open all night long. The biggest con to living here is that the management is constantly changing, so when you walk in the office you will get I don't normally work this property with no solutions. My biggest frustration is that since Anna has been gone I am unable to get a call back from cooperate about my lease and the apartment manager Tiffany says she has to wait for them to sign off on it. I have been attempting to turn in my 60 day notice since February and was unable to get a call back or catch someone in the office till 3/22. I am still waiting for them let me know about my lease. For the Pros, its a very small community so your maintenance issues get resolved the same day. Most of the neighbors are friendly so we all know each other fairly well. For the most part its quiet.
