I have been a customer at this salon since I moved...
I have been a customer at this salon since I moved to Wollaston 6 years ago. Through no fault of my own, and without any prior contact from the salon, 3 stylists that I had during this time, have left, and I feel that I should have been contacted by the salon so I could decide if I wanted to change stylists. Instead, I wasn't informed until I turned up for my appointment, and on the 3rd occasion, my appointment time was changed by text, so when I phoned to check I was told my hairdresser had left... YET AGAIN!! If I hadn't phoned I would have found out when I arrived as previously. This is poor customer service in my opinion, and also it beggars the question....what is happening there, that stylists should just leave without notice??In addition, why won't the salon divulge my stylists contact details so I can make my own arrangements? The 3rd time is the last straw and I won't be using this salon again. Be warned!!
