I wouldn t recommend anyone use this company, they will wrongly advise you despite asking a question several times they then take your money and refuse to give you it all back despite them being in the wrong. I am having to take this matter further as they have withheld some of my money fraudulently. I called several times to ensure the test I needed to be done could be done, unfortunately they state the calls are not recorded therefore apparently can keep part of my transaction. After seeking more legal advice I am pursuing this further.

Shocking unprofessional company, ordered a test kit at the weekend, received an email on Monday stating your kit will be sent out today, mid week came and no test kit so I contacted them using there live chat feature which says usually replies in a few minutes, so I sent a message and sat and waited, after an hour of no reply I gave up and emailed them, the next day I get an email back saying the live chat doesn't work, no message no warning they just leave you to sit on a live chat with no one at the other end. At this point I asked for a refund and was told no sorry the payment is none refundable and it isn't there fault the kit hasn't arrived its royal mails fault due to delays from the pandemic. We are now a week later and my kit has finally arrived with a postage mark of Wednesday the 13th, 2 days after they emailed me saying it would be sent, so to sum up they sent the kit out 2 days later than promised and then blamed the hard working people at Royal mail working through a global pandemic

Horrible horrible company
