This place is the worst. My aunt was taken air from the hospital to rehabAnd she ended up getting an infection that was so serious she ended up going back into the hospital under the threat of loss of life on an anabolic grip. They definitely let it go untreated or unnoticed by staff which could have cost her her life. When we went to get her things they didn't have everything. I made a trip or an hour away to go get her wheelchair that has her name on the back go figure and they didn't even want to give that up after calling all day for 2 days with nobody answering the phone and when I finally got there in person I had a knock and ring the doorbell for 20 minutes before some even came to the door. This place is horrible horrible horrible I give it 0 stars whatever you do don't take your loved one here.

I have had multiple family members stay here, whom have all received excellent care. Staff were all very receptive to our questions and concerns doing a great job explaining and caring for our family members. I would absolutely recommend this facility to those in or around Mason County.

Haven't been here yet, but recently applied to work here. I've heard some really poor reviews on this place... I'm great with people and understand the importance of care and comfort. So hopefully they hire me on and I can help work with the staff on making some big changes. I will change my review when this happens.

I would give minus 0 if I could. The nurses are excellent. The administration is horrible. I had a 94 year father dying there. And they are kicking him out. I can't lift him, I can't stay up 24/7. They said he wasn't dying soon enough.

Very thorough on COVID 19 protocol. Enjoyed our scheduled visit. Staff was super helpful and very accommodating.

This place is awful. I ve been to many care facilities in the area they re all bad. There are so many things wrong at Fir Lame To mention they won t fit in the space allowed here. This place really puts the don t In the don t care facility moniker.

I've never seen anything like this. Please please please don't ever ever go here, If your family member was sent here i'm so sorry. GET THEM OUT! They treat workers like trash and treat the guest as they are not even guest.

It's a great place my grandmother was their the staff was wonderful. She was able to go home after a couple of months.

This place treats their employees like garbage. And their residents worse. They are sooo under staffed and dont care. They need to be turned into the state.
