Nice, relaxing way to start a weekend. Loved the room- amazing shower, in-room Keurig with variety of choices and pillow top bed. Caught the new dinner and movie theatre, hot tub and everything clean and well-cared for. Will be back!

Had a great three course fixed price offering in the Epic Sports Bar. Great options for each course, delicious food and for only $22 per person. Played in the casino afterwards for 7 hours and came out money ahead.

Really enjoyed hanging with friends and family! Only complaint...we had reservations for a large party, found out we were in the wrong room, they quickly set us up with a larger table in the restaurant but our menu's we're so limited. Was told that's the only menu provided to large parties. The full menu's we were viewing in the banquet room were reserved for the party that also reserved the same room. Went from multiple page menu's to one page with little to no appetizers. Good food and may eat there again but wouldn't suggest it for larger parties. We had 15!!

The food inside the casino is so good! The buffet is always so clean and yummy. The casino even has food for people with allergies and a non smoking section for those sensitive to the cigarette smoke on the main floor.

Had a good time, didn't see or hear any Jackpots being won on the machines. I believe the tables may be a bit better.

Spent quite a bit of money and didn't feel I got enough play time.

Breakfast at the only restaurant that was open wasn't worth the money at all. The biscuit and gravy wasn't good at all!!! The hotel was nice the showers are the best I have ever had. The beds were good too.

Everything is great except their buffet. I was super disappointed with the night I went. The fresh carved meats were about 45% fatty, gristle tasteless pieces of...something. I had to add horseradish to the Au Jus for a little flavor so I could choke down the actual meat. I give this a 4 because of my favorite restaurant is here: Fai's

Attempted to make dinner reservations at Masselow's. Was unable to get through to the restaurant and received a recording advising to leave a message and that it would be "promptly" returned. After leaving three messages over the period of an hour and a half I again called the main number and they put me through directly to a staff person, "Shane". He said "this may sound like a lame excuse" but that the manager had to leave unexpectedly and that he could see that there were several voice mail messages but that he could not access them because he "didn't have the password". Of course they did not have any dinner times available for us. Extremely poor management.

Great spot for concerts (as long as they aren't too big for the venue.) Most all seats are rather good. Pricing lately seems rather high for the bands, esp when compared to other similar bands and venues in and out of city/state.

I also gave you 2 stars since you STOLE all my money.

Used to be a great place to play slots and friendly staff. Staff is extremely rude now. No longer is it the warm welcoming place it used to be. So we no longer go.

Played slots and had one of the best slices of pizza in Spokane

Northern Quest is always a great place to spend evening out. We went for our 20th anniversary and had a great evening watching Seahawks at Epic and dinner at Rivers Edge. The new screens at Epic are outstanding, crystal clear and huge.

They need better clubs in the casino. And better servers at Impulse. There is a blonde that works there and is the rudest person.

They removed pop and coffee. I spend the same amount as my husband yet he gets promotions in the mail and I do not. Seems like I do better if I did not put my card in.

Staff was very courteous, the food was good especially considering the price and the overall atmosphere was good.

The Friday night seafood buffet was amazing. We loved the snow crab. As for the gambling, it was very poor. We made "donations" for about an hour and a half before getting disgusted and leaving. Most casinos that we've been to will at least pay out small pots knowing that you're going to be pumping it right back in, but this one has been incredibly greedy over our last 3 visits. Also, the ventilation system is poor in places causing your neighbor's smoke to be blown right in the face! Not happym

I love coming here!! Always a great time. They also are doing a great job with handling the covid situation. I felt safe there.

Wow where to start. Well first off Ajsa the gal on the casino floor is a Wonderful person. She deserves a raise! The Staff were warm cordial and inviting. The Food Court had different cuisines to choose from. We had a Monster Burger. And had breakfast at the golf swing bar. Excellent cooks and wait staff. The Venue was gorgeous to see upon the Horizon. Little did I know I was going to a Mecca of Fun. The inside Ballrooms are Fresh and very Clean. I was a spectator for my Team Showtime Shredded Fitness #1. We won and took a lot of other Trophies home. I met a lot of nice people and also some athletes took pictures with me. Those athletes who want to take pictures with other enthusith people make it all family friendly and we're going to go back again next year. Except next year I won't be a spectator, I'll be competing trying to win 1st Place.

We were there for a company award dinner. I don't gamble much, but when I'm there with my friends they enjoy that. I didn't make it over to the kid quest area yet, but those who explored said it was fun even from an adult perspective. The dinner was catering well the staff were friendly and fast. Even the awards moved at a good pace . Let's just say there is a reason my company has used their event room and catering options. Thank you for a lovely evening.

I've only been asked to have a drink I've got one drink while playing at the slot machines that I enjoy play.

Always terrific food and service. Best martinis, from their in house distilled gin, you will ever have. They are at the top of their game and always keep improving.

Great rooms and casino games. Good prices for a great buffet. Restaurant service takes a long time to get served, that's why we normally went to the buffet.

Lots of slot machines here, just not very loose at all. Ventilation works pretty well, clears any smoke out from cigarettes quickly. Food is decent.

Pretty fun...always something going on there. If all else fails they have alot of cool bars.

I always have a blast going to Quest. A great destination with excellent staff.

It is a wonderful place, if you like hearing the ding of winning machines all around you. Even better if you are a winner and leave with in your pocket

Amazing! Gorgeous room with many features, had breakfast in bed and that was extremely pleasant and great tasting, except for one of the water glasses had been previously used and not washed (had lipstick on the rim). Casino is great! So many games and tables to play and walked out with more than I came with! Pleasent staff. Expensive drinks, but food was good, except for the pizza joint that seemed to have overly oily pizza and a not so nice girl behind the counter.

The bars are over worked with no staff cant keep up. Its way too long of a wait won't visit again

New coffee @ Thomas Hammer is really good. Customer service is good. Food at Fai's Noodle is awesome. The new Movie & Dinner looks cool, but didn't go. Gambling is fun, 1st machine was a winner.

We attended the breakfast buffet on a Saturday morning. It was very reasonably priced and they had a lot of seating available. The food was delicious. Wide range of variety in kinds of food. I will definitely be back again!

The hotel is very wonderful. Pool and spa, including spa services are excellent. The buffet is terrible, but Mass lows is excellent. Fat burger and deli style eats are available. They do have card tables and slots. This is a high bet place but it is not very often anymore that one hits a jackpot worth talking about. I have noticed that there is a lot of meth users/druggies on property and in casino and if you complain, nothing is done about it. They do not have bingo, but they have good drinks.

Quest is always well maintained. Its huge. Restaurants and drinks are spendy. Tables are usually busy. A scatter of druggies are present all night, but mostly keep to themselves. Pleanty of parking. All in all a popular place in the Spokane area.

Always love going out to Northern Quest!! Kind of out by not very much, but the casino has everything you may need. Lot's of slots and card games available. Really nice rooms and suites available. And the buffet is pretty amazing. My favorite part of the buffet is the dessert bar. There are so many delicious little treats you could almost bypass the entire rest of the buffet!!!

Packed out. (1) $5 BJ Table at 7pm in the middle of Summer. Of course there was No getting on that table. Took my $ elsewhere

While the food was quite tasty, it was between smoking sections of the casino, which dampened the enjoyment. We will likely be back for a show at some point. We won't come back for food from any of the restaurants, as even the non-smoking areas have lingering aromas from the nearby smokiness.

Quality of food has dropped off and staff cutbacks have reduced gaming optiobs.

This is standard buffet dining. The food is OK, not great. The desserts are small and have a "processed" taste. Service is good. The food is hot. If the cost was half of the current it would be worth the trip. Too expensive for mediocre food.

Service was great, staff was friendly and personable. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, they gave us a personalized card when the found out it was a special occasion!

I visit this casino often. Each time I go there the employees are friendly and helpful. My main reason for visiting this location is for fun and entertainment they have a very large selection of slot machines. They also have table games you can gamble at including Blackjack Spanish 21 pai gow Etc. They do offer Keno as well.

The employees are friendly and courteous although some waiting in lines does occur. Since I no longer drive, the transit system is adequate but the bus stop shelters could be more weather resistant for patrons who need to use them.

Reeks of cigarettes and full of druggies and undesirables especially after dark

I love the casino quest employees are polite and helpful the machines are great I would have given a five star but the fact of the matter is I end up losing way my re then I win and I only play minimum so don t expect to win lots but would be nice to be able to play for a bit

Top notch. From the room, to the casino, to the food and multiple restraunts. Shower has jets and is huge. Big enough for 4 people.

What a joke, 60 free spins playing Bier Haus betting 40 cents and raked in 12 dollars, then 3 spins after that 35 free spins and ended up retrigering during the bonus and with 20 more spins and won under 5 dollars. What a disappointment to say the least that's over 100 bonus spins and not even winning 20.00. Maybe I'm the only one who spends his hard earned money at northern quest casino hoping that by some chance to get a win and solve a money issue for a few days. Well if 100 bonus spins cant even get me 20 bucks what is the good in it. I've donated entirely to much money believing there was ever a chance at anything changing in the payout schedule for myself, I understand it's a gamble and realize there is no guarantee, I'm just saying from my own trial and effort, I would be better off taking the money I was going to take to northern quest casino and invest it at a 4 year olds lemonade stand.

Went to see Incubus, show was amazing. Quest is ok, I don't gamble, so can't speak for the rest of the place.

It was super crowded the atmosphere was fun an everybody seemed to be having fun alot of positive energy

We ate at the buffet for Thanksgiving. We have small kids so we arrived early;about 10:45 a.m. The lines were not very long at this time. The main courses tasted great but I did not love the desert. Everything I tried tasted like it was sugar free even though I specifically did not try the sugar-free desserts. We were there about an hour and by the time we left the lines were very long.

Exactly what you'd expect from a typical casino. I really like the noodle house restaurant and the new qdoba, however the other restaurants weren't very good in my opinion.

We went to Movie and Dinner theater it was an awesome experience. We loved the food served and the reclining seats.

Went for MMA event. Great show, enjoyed the facilities, good promotion. Will definitely attend future events.

Every time I frequent Northern Quest Resort and Casino I feel like I have as good a chance as any to come out ahead.

I'm really am not impressed with the new machines. They have plenty of machines, just not a variety. It's like the machines are the same style, just different pictures. They go way to fast, make lot of noise and payout nothing or very little. It's just not fun anymore. And the few older machines that are still there.. they've changed the payout. Like the "big kahuna", which I've played for years, the payouts are now like $0.16 and $0.24 cents from combinations I know you would get a $3.00- $5.00 payout. I feel the casino wants you to use those new machines where the $0.01 credit really is anywhere from $0.80 to $5.00 a turn. If you're wondering if I lost big, the answer is no. It's just not a fun place anymore.
