Northern Quest Casino Review

Disappointing. No good here just takes my money. Never win but everyone else does

It's always fun to go to Northern Quest. The staff is helpful even though, they are really assigned a different department. I asked one of the maintenance staff where a certain restaurant was and he practically walk me to the restaurant, for which I was grateful.

Northern Quest was very clean and bright. The service was friendly and getting a Camas card was simple. I enjoyed using the "new patron" money I received for just getting a card for the first time - you get a random amount from $5 to $100. My husband and I decided to use the new Kid Quest there so the kids could play and we could too. That day care was very bright and clean and the kids had so much fun playing on the iPads, playing dress up, and climbing the rock wall; they also had a racing game that I could see. A separate room for 30 months and below was available as well. We went to the buffet for dinner. I wasnt as pleased with the food there as usual, though, because it seemed like the dregs of dinner even though we went at 7 PM or so. It wasnt horrible food, but it didn't seem fresh. The service was great, however. If using valet, when you leave, you can use a kiosk to call up your car and they drive it to you. The evening was very enjoyable and the kids were still talking about Kid Quest the next day.

Beds are comfortable. Food is good. Spa is nice. There's entertainment

We had dinner and saw a movie at Movie and Dinner. The service was great, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the seats in the theater were very comfortable. Worth every penny.

Had dinner at Epic. Ordered the steak which came highly recommended by the waitress but was average at best.

Huge casino. Plenty of food options. Good music venue. Live tables such as poker, blackjack, craps, roulette and more. Of course there are slots and also some nice bars

Good outdoor music venue.
It was a little hard to hear the lyrics because the bass was turned up so loud. I would like to see a better acoustic to background balance. Good seats all around, not a bad view from anywhere. Seems like it holds a couple thousand people.

Hotel part of the resort is really nice. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are huge. Having the casino there is also fun and entertaining since there really isn't much else to do in the area unless you want to go to the movie theater or drive into Spokane.

They had an excellent concession area and it appeared to be very clean.

I've given this place about 12 chances. I recon I'm a glutton for punishment. Lol. Anyway, lost alot of money, didn't matter what machine I was on. None of them seemed to pay much of anything.... Calling it quits with the Northern Quest Casino

Pleased with our visit. They had plenty of games and slots to choose from. We ate at the buffet and found a huge variety of choices. My only concern was that the restrooms were very dirty.

OK! GREAT IMPROVEMENT! I've come to this casino a few times over the years (and didn't like it at all!) I was SUPER SURPRISED this last time at how the old machines were practically gone and the new cool looking machines took over! The floor is really big now and nicely laid out. There are so many updated machines now. Very nice!

My wife and I had an amazing experience. I purchased a couples retreat and massage package. Everyone was very accommodating and happy to help.

The staff and security are very rude there. They like to follow people around as well

I love to gamble. My grandma and I go gambling here. Safe. Feels like cigarette smoke but what casino doesn't. I never win but still entertaining.

The people who work here are great and the atmosphere is amazing as well, but you will be sorry you lost your money.... Uhg!!!!!

The room was overpriced. My wife called and asked if the hot tub and pool would be open for the adult time 10pm-12am and it was not. There was only one robe in the room and we were told we would have to go get it and noone would bring it to us. Horrible experience and a waste of $250 for one night

I went to the buffet and it was great as always. It's the best quality buffet food I've had, they always have prime rib there which is amazing. It's priced accordingly though.

Very beautiful casino. But the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is cause the slots can be tight at times. I've had good payouts a few times. You just gotta catch it at the right night when the slots are loose and paying out. But for the most part it's been tight lately. But when it's loose the payouts are great! I have yet to hit my first jackpot here at Quest. I'm still trying though. I've hit 2 at Spokane Tribe already and that place hasn't even been around as long as Quest.

Its nice. Not far from downtown spokane. Ive always been treated well by staff. Ive not stayed in the rooms.

Great ambiance and rooms are amazing. Tap house has an awesome selection and there are so many things to do for the whole family. The pool is usually pretty quiet which makes for a more personable time with the little ones. Plenty of machines to play and all the staff is friendly and makes the experience that much better. Their players club gives you added bonuses and their outdoor concert venue doesnt have a bad seat in the house. So many things to do and would definitely recommend for a night out.

the slots didn't have many penny options or at least the guy on the floor didn't help me find them. I only play pennies so I was a tad disappointed. However quest casino is beautiful and epic! The hotel side is gorgeous! The staff are friendly. I was greeted upon entrance :)

Pretty decent selection of food places, a lot of slots, plenty of table games, concert venue, and more. Good place to have some fun. Haven't stayed in the hotel, so can't comment on that.

Pretty cool place with free soft drinks and all the games. They a nice smoke free area that is behind automatic shutting doors to stay fresh and a few good restaurants as well. Friendly staff too.

Stopped in with a few friends and played the slot machines, had a good time just wish I had left with more cash in my pocket... I quit while I was ahead I just didn't quit soon enough.

Fantastic casino, best within 300 miles! Plenty of table games and slots. Friendly staff, awesome events and giveaways almost every night! Already a huge place, but a new addition will see huge upgrades! Good food options and a nice hotel as well!

Went for my roommates birthday and had a fun time. Fatburgers was to die for.

Fun place to spend a little time and gamble. Easy to find and parking was simple as well.

My experience isn't always perfect but this big bright casino has a lot to offer. It's the only casino around worth bringing the family. I would recommend the buffet on Fridays, the arcade & movie theater for the kids. It has a big non smoking area, table games and a lot of slots. Not the best for jackpots and friendly service, dont expect smiles and great customer service and if you by chance win a promotion, you wouldn't hear it and miss out. Events! Definitely cant compare to my events and concerts with EMFC events but they get great headliners and not as many years experience. Not really worth it unless someone you love is performing.

Always a fun time! Winning makes it better. There are always new slot games to try.

All Northern Quest does is take your money.We use to have fun playing there but since they have remodeled it's like we are paying for it

Went saw STYX im disabed and a week post heart surgery and had a big issue getting to our seats STAIRS ALOT OF THEM! Long story short the Event staff accommodated myself and companion with Comp tickets on the Floor Left of center stage 30-35 feet back from the Stage. The Event Staff and Supervisors went Above and beyond ! I personally would never ask or assume such an Awesome set of seats. We were Greatful beyond belief. I sent basically a book to Northern Quest to inform them of the experience and professionalism and concern from these AWESOME FOLKS! You know if we just were able to have been seated at the end of the grand stand behind the rows I thought I bought our tix in we would have been perfectly happy. No we werent. We Were close to Speechless when the lovely lady that assisted us and got me sat and stable as She handed us those Fabulous floor seats. I'm Definately going to be going back to Northern Quest Resort Casino in the future. Many more! A+++ to Northern Quests event staff!!! Thank You all !!

Wow ! Breanna, the Hotel Reservation Hostess was so pleasant to talk to when I called to make my reservation that I decided to stay an extra day. Total win-win.

Food from the buffet in the hotel was delicious. However, we made the mistake of walking through the casino. The cigarette smoke was horrible.

Nice place to go have a few drinks play a game or more. You can even watch the games on one of the many large Tv's around the casino. On the weekends you can even go dancing in on of the clubs if there is not a concert going on. If you are Hungary they have you covered two, they have several restaurants to choice from.

I love it there. Lots to offer customers. You don't feel taken like other places do.

Love this place... but the last few times the tv channels skip, ..... a LOT! Wifi didnt work the last 3 times... even after calling to clarify still didnt work. But love the rooms. Cant wait for the pool to open! Love the casino!

Its a very nice place, but they have made it all very high class while being located in the middle of nowhere. Prices are too high for hotel and they pay out less winnings than a normal casino, with more drawings and events than others.

It was bright and flashy inside most of the staff seemed to be courteous and professional most of them not all of them.

To many tweekers, no customer service friendly staff. Will not stand by machine while I go to potty break. Before 6pm it takes a lifetime to get something to drink, where are the servers. Security officers act like neo Nazis. The camas employee's are nice and friendly. Only time anyone cares is if you win a jackpot.

Variety of slot machines & table games. Even though there was a good amount of customers, the cashier cage was well staffed w/quick service. Hotel check in was quick, room was very nice, clean. Parking is a bit confusing.
HUGE PLUS is the absence of nit picking control freaks at an adult establishment.

I go and watch my other half play slots. I do not get bored and the atmosphere is nice.

The room we had was comfortable and the view was beautiful, the morning breakfast room service was exquisite (I can't remember what I got other then the yummy mimosa but the giant omelette was one of the best), the pool and spa was perfect! I took my grandma to get her first ever hot stone massage/rain shower and she will now be a repeating customer. I have no complaints anytime I stay here. Truly a wonderful destination!

Its a nice and safe place but don't expect to win. Casino is not like in Vegas. Very few hand pays for anyone. You just don't hear the excitement from people winning.

Fine place to go for a good time playing games and winning and again and again and again I am going to make money.

You never win, I have 46k points and have never won any jackpots. Always walk out with nothing and the price of the buffet is ridiculous. Sorry Quest, but I am going to CDA for now on, already won 2 jackpots in 3 visits at the CDA casino.

Super clean, smoking section was well ventilated and not cloudy with smoke. The outdoor ampitheatre was bitchin! Had a great time!

Wonderful.! A little mixup in Epic with our lunch and bill but it was taken care of. Also French fries instead of tater tots. It happens !
Always a fun time. Oh think about Movie/Lunch because seniors are hesitant in driving after dark. I know there would be several here that would go but winter no but other times of year. Thanks for asking.

The ONE thing that has made our experiences at Northern Quest so pleasurable, pleasant and wonderful is the EXCEPTIONAL service we receive from ALL the TEAM members. Every time we go out for leisure time and fun, we are ALWAYS greeted with friendliness and warm smiles. If we have questions about our Camas Club card or the promotions, a Camas Representative is quick to assist us in a timely manner and answer all our questions patiently and kindly. If, for some reason, a slot machine freezes or the ticket gets jammed, a slot attendant promptly assists us. We've been going out to Northern Quest for over a year now and have never once been disappointed. We have nothing but high marks and remarks for this place. We'd give it 10+ stars if we had that choice. Definitely worth a trip!!! Thank you to all the team members for always making our trips worth the while! All of you rock!!!

Big casino, rapidly expanding to be a destination resort. Hotel is probably 4 star.

I've only been to a few casino's but I would say I enjoyed my experience and would go again soon. Plus walked out with more money than I started with.

The service is awesome. They're allowed to smoke indoors which is less than awesome. I also don't think the outdoor concert venue has high quality speakers but the shows are good.
