Place is very clean staff is very friendly there's always something fun happening there. I recommend this place to everyone it has everything you want in one building

I had a great time playing the games! There were so many to choose from.

Don't get hastled by staff and like how they switch up the gaming on the floor... Would have gotten 5 stars but they don't kick me out when I'm ahead on my money

I love the out door concerts! Even had a little time to put $20 in a machine and walked away with $30... Hey $10 up ain't bad!

Clean rooms and nice staff. The WiFi speeds could be improved but overall enjoyed my stay.

A good selection of table games is available. A very wide selection of slots is available. The facilities are modern and clean.

I stopped in on the way to the airport. I loved the non smoking rooms for slots, food and cards. Huge hotel, might stay there to see how nice the rooms are upstairs!

Good meal at the Epic restaurant, if a bit pricey. Wait at the buffet was ridiculous!

Nice Casino, but the air system doesn't handle even half of the cigarette smoke. Smoke free area is Itty bitty.

It was ok, the spanish 21 was fun. The bathrooms were gross and needed attention

Beautiful building with lots to do. Had dinner at Maslow's, my salmon was to die for!! My husband's buffalo prime rib steak was not tender, closer to shoe leather! The manager made it right though.

The beds and such are quite comfy, and the restaurants are very nice.

Hands down Northern Quest is the best outdoor venue Porsche concert shows that I've ever experienced for the size that it is there's a certain gentleman that runs the whole show of entertainment that goes beyond the call of an employee he makes it a personal connection with the people that he meets and greets and he became part of our family through our experience at Northern Quest and we will definitely be returning many times more thank you Paul Swanson

The hotel and restaraunts used to be really great, but now it's mediocre at best. The hotel rooms are often not cleaned properly -things like dirty glasses and dusty counters. The hotel beds are starting to sink in and need to be replaced. Overall the customer service has become terrible. Which is very unfortunate.

Usually have a good time, even when I lose. But, it seems payouts have been getting worse and worse. Haven't walked away ahead in months.

I always enjoyed coming to this place.... i get to gamble a little bit and have fun at the same time. My husband and i went here coz we celebrated our 4th year anniversary, we had lunch at Fai's Noodle house. The service was excellent and the food was great. We wouldn't mind coming back again.

Stay miles away if you have even a smidge of covid concern. I don't understand why this casino even bothers to put up signs saying that masks are required when 25% of the patrons there were not wearing them.

Cool place to grab a bite. Very nice building, well maintained and I hear theres also a lot of concerts here as well.

Come here with my mom. She dose most of the playing. Fun atmosphere can be hit-or-miss with the slots. Only down side i find is the smoke can be heave at times

There is something for everyone in the family. The theater is awesome. You can watch a movie and order from the restaurant and it'll be delivered to you.

The best meal I've ever experienced anywhere! The "steak house" ended up being a decadent flavor experience! It's pricey but worth every penny! We were able to enjoy many hours of fun playing the many penny slots and actually left with more money than we came with, even after splurging on the smoked escargot and bison steak for dinner.

It was awesome didn't win alot of money but it was beautiful and it had lots to see,..
The staff there were really very nice I would go there again as well as recommend it to others.

No one except the staff where s a mask. Travel at your own risk. People are sneezing coughing etc. please please please wear PPE for the sake of the workers there please.

I won a little money on a machine there the other day and my voucher printed blank! I about had a heart attack! After spending time reviewing cameras and computers they were able to give me my winnings and for that I was grateful. And the lady at the counter was really firendly and kept conversation the whole time I waited.

Went for dinner with my wife,son and his girl friend. Good food and service. Of course you can have fun what ever you enjoy at Northern Quest.

The new Movie & Dinner is great. Highly recommended.

Went to the seafood buffet for family birthday dinner. The food was outstanding, with a good variety. A great experience all around.

One of the nicest hotels in the entire state of Washington! The staff are friendly, the La Rive Spa is sensational, the restaurants are fantastic (especially EPIC and Masselow's), and the pool is a lot of fun!

Was there for Sunday brunch and it was so very good! Everything was wonderful including the service. Food was to perfection! Four Stars because of the stinky cigarette smell going to and from the dining area to valet. It's just the pitts to have to endure such nastiness.

This is the best casino around. Very professional staff with high quality service and products. Northern Quest Casino provides a Vegas style experience without having to deal with the hustle and bustle of the Vegas traffic. Jackpots are frequently won and the camas club benefits are definitely worth it.

The resort itself is awesome, however some of the supervisory staff and their employees make it very unpleasant with their prejudices and assumptive attitudes/behavior. I've NEVER been more humiliated, embarrassed and belittled by anyone in my life. Very poor representation of the Kalispel nation!

Great casino and venue. Outdoor concert venue has great sound, seating and view. Very large casino with tons of slots, card games and many others.

Loved the shower in the room and the room was nice too although not a good coffee selection down in the gambling area with there only being powder creamer.

The shower was amazing. Bed very comfortable. Friendly and courteous service that made us feel special. The prime rib at the buffet was the best either my husband or myself have ever eaten at a casino. If only I could have won something at the casino it would have been perfect.

We had not been here for many years so it was a surprise to see how it had changed. The casino was big and lots of machines to choose from. We were super excited to see a RV Park till we saw the price per night. We will visit here again to bad we will not stay at the rv park as the price is to high for a casino park.

I liked swimming in the pool and relaxing in the Jacuzzi.

Very friendly & hospitable staff, gambling area clean, not overly crowded & parking is never a hassle even with current construction conditions. Would recommend a visit if you haven't already.

Went here for a concert. The sound was loud and clear. The stage was close. The Casino and hotel looked nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The outside of the Resort was fun. We plan on coming back for another concert and staying here.

A quick stop to play and eat girls weekend. Fun fun fun and yum. A few years ago my sister and I stayed over night BEST ROOM EVER. Loved it great time. Beautiful room. Comfy beds. Huge shower shower heads every where. Fun games, fantastic food, amazing rooms. I still dream of the rooms we had.

Awesome rooms! Bathrooms are very spa like. A tad expensive considering most people come to gamble their money away... I would highly recommend.

It was my first time going. The dealers were nice and talkative, also informative. Some of the other players had played three card with different rules and it seemed to cause an upset, but overall it was nice. The room's shower was AMAZING but the bed was a lil lack luster; I couldn't sleep well at all.

Loved everything about this place except a few of the employees could use some customer service skills. The place was clean and spacious and the food at the buffet was excellent.

Northern quest is always a lot of fun it is a hit or miss with the machines..
The bartenders are always friendly.
The rooms are clean and organized.

Good place to go if you want something to do. However, there is really no way to social distance because of all the people they let in.

The rooms are amazing. The beds are soft and the shower is really nice.

Ridiculous parking to start off and then it only gets worse from there. When you go to sign up at members club you have to load money into the machine first to even get your $5 reward. Then if you use your reward it doesn't let you cash it out it just keeps track of it on the machine and deducts it as you play. Plus they don't give you a ticket at the cashier cage you have to have exactly 1.00 in change or more and they only hand out dollar bills no tickets. Too many neon lights & trying to act like Vegas when they clearly are not caring about the customers just the amount of money they can take from you! Don't waste your gas on this Northern Quest, there is nothing to be found way the hell out here! What a HUGE disappointment!

Casino was fun but we got the seafood buffet and was terrible... no options. Just crab. Don't get me wrong all you can eat crab for 30$ Is awesome but not for a casino buffet. Need more selection

The shuttle picked me up and dropped me back at my hotel with my friends which was a definite plus. George the driver was very hospitable and friendly both to and from. The casino wasn't very busy but there seemed to be enough people for a weeknight. I made a few extra dollars more than what I walked in with I think, but my friends dropped some money in there. The reason I gave a 3 stars was there is no connection to any national or US casino so joining as a member wasn't really beneficial since I may not ever be back in Spokane again. I was told we may be awarded up to $100 immediate slot play money but all 3 of us only got $5.....
In any case it is probably the nicest casino in the area and people working there are friendly but they're not Vegas or Louisiana where drinks are free while you're playing on the casino floor.

The buffet line was not that long. The service was great for a celebration

I cashed in my points and as a result of this they downgraded my status from VIP to preferred. I felt this was very petty of them and I won't be returning anytime soon.

Of the three Casino's within 80 miles of my place this is my favorite. Good food available. Not very smoky even in the smoking area, of course most of the casino, and has not just a variety of slots but table games as well. A variety of table games include many versions of Blackjack, poker, roulette, and craps. Only down side is the size of the minimum bet required. Usually have a great slate of Classic Artist from the 70's and 80's and some more recent.

Hi. Right from the moment I started playing, I saw a young blonde lady asking if anyone want drinks. She asked the lady by me and saw me but did not offer me any. I moved to another place to play, I had to get her attention to offer me a Coke. I told her she saw me and didn't want to serve me,,,,and then the security? Came. It did not help the welcome because he made a comment about her in favor. I tried to ask Why?
