North Texas Tollway Authority Review

The in-house collection agency for this organization robo-called me multiple times daily for weeks on end, requesting that I contact them---only to be informed when I did, that none of my identifying information could be found in their database; therefore, they had "no ability" to stop the robo calls COMING FROM THEM.

Ultimately, I had to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, after which the robo-calls "magically" stopped.

To be clear: I never owed ANY AMOUNT, and was not in their database; yet despite my repeated attempts to resolve, no one could be bothered ("not possible"...) to find a solution until I filed a formal complaint with a third party agency. This is NOT how a public entity should conduct business!

This is a roadside assistance center. The only thing that goes on here is roadside assistance trucks for the tollways. This center has nothing to do with any NTTA billing, account services or registrations.

Here is my review of NTTA MLP7 which is attached to this building. It is one and the same, "MLP-7 is where NTTA bases its complementary roadside assistance. All you have to do is dial #999 on any NTTA toll road or parking lot and, as a customer, you gain access to the service at no additional cost. Despite what you think of NTTA as a whole the people at this location just want to help."

Tollway entrances are not clearly marked. It is easy to accidentally take these toll roads.

This is a scam. We have received multiple bills from them. We have never been toTexas. The image of the vehicle they have, is a semi, which we do not nor have ever owned. We have called multiple times to try and fix the problem. Finally threatened to call the better business bureau.

Keep charging my credit card 4-5x in a month with out any authorization! This people are stealing money!

Rebar hit my 2018 camaro ss on Sam Rayburn toll and they wouldn't cover the repair. It's their road their responsibility to keep it clean. Could have killed my wife if it had bounced higher.

As close to a thug cartel as one can get. A 10 mile ride cost over 35 dollars. Try to negotiate their website and make a single payment. You will be offered a toll tag 20 times before you find out how to pay. Call them to pay in the phone. It will take 30 minutes

Say no to more roll roads. This is open ended piracy. If we cant build roads with a bond election we dont need them

I helped my friend got a toll tag here. The staff who helped me was very enthusiastic. A good experience.

I was prepared for an aweful experience but it just didn't happen. Phone was answered quickly. I was connected to a CS Elisa immediately. She was one of the nicest people I have spoken too! Thanks!

A couple of weeks ago I paid a bill on a car that was totaled over a year ago and my account was .87 I had to my debit card .87 to bring my account to -0-. I do not drive on any freeway and I just got a bill $1.41. I think this is a scam and how do they get away with tacking on all those charges. no wonder people can't pay their toll bill. My tag is now deactivated because I owe them$1.41. They the can keep it

They are not fixing the problem. They are just patching up little areas making a bigger mess. Messing up our vehicles. Very unprofessional

I have received a couple of bills from NTTA for my car using the Dallas tollway. The bill shows a car I don't own on a road I never traveled. I live in San Antonio and have NEVER even driven through Dallas!

Update: After doing some research I found a phone number to call. After playing a short robot interrogation and wait, a nice young man answered and I explained the situation. He put me on hold for about 10 minutes to do so research and came back to explain, it was a glitch. He could see from the picture the vehicle shown was a Dodge Journey with a different license plate than my Dodge Challenger Hellcat that was being billed. He assured me he had it cleared up and hoped it would not happen again.

I just raised the rating from one to five stars, good customer service, well done, but should not have happened in the first place.

I keep receiving bills for my car even though i haven t been living back home in Texas since May 2018 and the car in question hasn t seen a Texas roll road since then. It s in Ga. every time i check my toll tag account it shows i have a positive balance, yet i keep getting bills claiming I owe $147 plus for tolls i paid already. I went through the process of highlighting said tolls in question and submitted the information necessary yet i still keep getting pestered. This is a huge scam
