Unprofessional employees! This is what their employee Roy texted me in the middle of the night. I'm very upset about this because I've never offended him in any way. I'm not going to take my reviews down unless I got an apologize.

Unfortunately, People working here lacks integrity and are lazy.

THEY HAVE SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!!!
DON'T WORK OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

I am a graphic designer and got recruited by a lady name Alyce to do some offsite freelance design work. I spent more then 3-4 days working on the project that was given. When I finished the project, I turned it in along with my invoice. Alcye told me she is not in charge and the accountant department will send me a check. It has been 4 months now and I haven't heard or receive my payment. I emailed and texted Alyce every month inquiring the payment. But she gives me excuses saying the accountants are away, sick, and has been super busy that they will get to you soon. I called the company more then a couple of times requesting to speak to the financial department and the receptionist told me they are in a meeting or away from there desk and leave a message. WHERE IS MY PAYMENT!?!?

My experience working with their employee John Wertz is terrible! He never pick up his phone nor respond in time. Such a waste of life working with them. Forget about it!

Very bad customer service, very unprofessional people, if you are asked to provide service to them, you rather not to serve them or you have to let them sign a paper that they will pay you the amount you want or ask for money upfront. The boss Igor looks a nice person but definitely employees are not at the right place, they don't know even how to answer the phone and if you ask for something , they play the game of I can't hear you and they hangup, and if you recall again they will not answer you.
