I got a good price on my car from them. However, they became unhelpful and would ignore any calls for help or information I made after my purchase, including about features I was told the car would have that it did not. Look elsewhere if you want a dealer who will do more than just sell you the car.

I recently purchased a new 2019 GTI here in October. This vehicle was unfortunately a victim of poor manufacturing by VW, and immediately failed on me driving it home. Thanks to an emission problem, the car would shut itself off while in motion. When I arrived home, I sent an email to my salesman about the issue and hoped for the best.
The staff at NorthPenn immediately hopped into action and guided me through the process of repurchase. I was afraid that I was going to get significant pushback on the issue, but George was there with me every step of the way and provided expect advise on how to handle the situation. Without his guidance I would have surely not known where to go, and it was an excellent feeling to have someone on my side through the process. I am incredibly grateful for his advice.
While I will most likely purchase a car by a different manufacturer after this unfortunate event - if you are set on purchasing a VW - NorthPenn is absolutely the place to go, bar none. The friendly staff, knowledgeable service, and general support I received made even this situation relatively painless.

I have only ever leased or purchased American made cars and it was a pride thing. Support our workers and so on. But was always treated like dirt. Found an amazing deal on a Mazda and I felt adventurous. The quality or service and the amount of hospitality I received was overwhelming. I always go into a dealership ready for a fight and after the first 20 minutes with the salesman the deal was done and I was almost begging him for a fight because of how smoothly it all went and how much little resistance I received. Great service. Great car.

Had a couple recalls done here and purchased a part for another car. They were flexible, able to guarantee a loaner of the proper size, and had my car done a day earlier than their estimate. Their online parts prices are very competitive and local pickup is easy.

I bought my Mazda CX-9 touring at North Penn Mazda. My service at North Penn Mazda is always excellent. By the way if you're going to buy a Mazda car make sure you get the to warranty one covers the tires and your key pod and the other warranty covers a hundred thousand miles, 24-hour road service too. Both warranty's are excellent make sure you get them when you buy the Mazda car. And you make sure , ask for Dan. Dan will make sure you get the best deal.

I've never been to such a friendly and respecting dealership before. I went there to lease a new Jetta. The first time I went, the salesman, Joe, was really kind and accommodating. He let me have a really comprehensive test drive, and he was quiet and didn't try to sell me the car as I drove it. Back at the dealership, nobody treated me as if I'm already buying the car or like I'm a terrible person for not buying it.
Come the day of sale, the team was great. My car had heated seats, which they didn't know, but they kept their word on the price. On the day I signed it, there were no hidden extra fees. Jason, the sales manager, was great about explaining everything. Of course, extra protections and packages were offered for purchase, but I was clearly told what they were and the price. No pushy sales pitches.
Plus, my trade-in was in terrible shape but they still worked with me on it.
Aside from the fact that a VW is an incredible machine, I recommend this place to everyone. Best experience I've ever had buying a car.
