my public defender had no idea what she was doing even though she was cute and sweet i dont think she did her best to help my case on my first DUI

Clerks are extremely rude besides that the p'ds are awesome

Terrible legal services. I had a case where they failed to provide a notice of a hearing on a motion for restitution. As a result they were not able to help me whatsoever. Not even answer the most basic of my questions. However in their defense I was able to have an ADC counsel appointed and they were able to answer my questions and negotiate a reasonable outcome with the DA. However I felt it was unfair I was not given notice of the restitution hearing because I would have contested it. Now I am stuck with a $2000.00 motion for restitution, and this case dragged on for almost 4 month because of they did not provide me notice of the hearing.

Actually giving a damn about the people these "attorneys" are PAID to serve, and ACTUALLY doing the work they're PAID TO DO would be nice.

I tried to call and find my Attorney and the receptionist is being absolutely rude...Some one needs to do something about it...
