Unsatisfactory... I done the entrollement and at no stage was I informed that the course I wanted to do was full, I finally got excited about something only to be told sorry you never got in but took me chasing them to find out what was going on, get yourselves sorted people...

Great people. Amazing place for study. Great study etiquette from teachers and staff.
Fantastic teachers, great course. (Certificate III in barbering). N.b. the only down side was the canteen food I tried was not very yummy.
The ladies in the office /library are so rude and unhelpful... Been trying to enrol my daughter here and they keep sending us to centrelink then back again as they didn't fill out form correct to start with... Now they filled out second form incorrect, and we need to go back to tafe to get a third form filled out to then take... It's almost to the point my daughter doesn't want to go there, it's stressful before she even starts.... They are very helpful over the phone when you speak to someone from call centre.
My partner did the EN course 2019... It was the most poorly organised course I've ever seen.. The teachers never responded to emails or phone calls and when he had completed certain assessments was told they were incomplete yet he has the proof of them passed and marked. The course never took into consideration his previous completed AIN certificate so he was made to repeat it, plus no consideration that he works F/T in a hospital as AIN already! Disgusting behaviour and extremely poorly organised course and teachers.
Beauty services offered by the students on campus are excellent. High standard of work, calm and relaxing atmosphere. A great way to treat yourself.
Its been over a year since ive completed my course ive called numerous of times had my certificate sent but lost and spoke to rudely if you do a course and want your certificate after all your hard work i highly recommend not doing a course with port Macquarie Tafe!
