I went in to have a look at a PHEV but unfortunately every time I park my car they asked me to move it as 4 times in all. They should have asked me to park my car in the street that would have been much better didn't see the car I wanted
Took our Outlander in for its first service today. All I can say is I'm glad it only happens once a year. With the exception of the receptionist, the staff are soulless.
We were given a really great deal at North city.
They helped get us out of a very bad car finance deal on our old car and got us a food deal on a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross.
I was headding on a long journey and realized that my car was making a unusual noise. I've tried to call different mitsubishi dealers in my area but none of them wanted to accept my car without appointment despite my urgent situation. When I called this dealer and explained the issue to Morad who immediately understood my situation and manage to book my car in immediately. He is really helpful and good in founding solutions to customers needs.

Had a pleasant experience getting my car's recall done. They phoned to confirm appointment and called me when car was ready. Even allowed me to pick up next day as I couldn't make it by closing. Polite staff and clear covid compliant signage and sanitiser station on entrance. Stones throw away from.chingford rail &bus station and near the open fields if you prefer to get some fresh air whilst waiting.
Only thing not just exclusive to this dealership, is that it's very helpful to have prices on the website so we have an idea of common service costs, like many other manufacturers.
I cannot praise all the staff here enough. Knowledgeable, professional, patient, courteous and most of all kind. Thank you.

Got mobility car this week was served by helder sales adviser for mobility brilliant customer service and was nervous about driving a larger car he took me for test drive and put me so at ease that didn t even think about the size of the car would highly recommend also whenever iv gone in there to see him one member or staff a lady on front desk has always offered me tea,water,coffee very nice and helpful staff

Warning before u buy a mitsubishi!! Had a 2 year old car still under warranty .It had transmission fault which the dealership could not get to the bottom of and they said we will have to send gearbox away but you will have to pay because this is a franchise not really a main dealer baffled i was ?? .I was not happy many complaints to head office and ceo according to them they werent aware of this matter truly shocking luckily for them the car was hit from behind and written off none of there dealerships are proper main dealers there all franchises and on top of that when its comes to putting things right under warranty they are all not interested ceo is rob brindley he should be removed!!! NO MAIN DEALER OPERATES LIKE THIS THIS 100 PERCENT GENUINE
Great service and helpful staff. Was very busy but found time to sort out a quick issue. Smart layout of cars on show in the new show room from the small to the largest fitted more than you would expect. On the not so great parking was a challenge but the staff did the best to make sure some how you could part.

Lost my wheel nut key and have yet to get a replacement. Managers are too busy to reply to 7 messages I have left. Pardon my French, but I wouldn't let em touch my sh!!, let alone my car again.

I had my partner,s car serviced this week. Car was ready to collect in good time and the young guy on service desk explained the whole service very well was very helpful.

Visted for some recalls to be done, also had a strange noise coming from my outlander was so pleased it was covered under warranty all the service team made process very simple, part was delivered next day and my car is running better than ever!

First and last experience with these guys, very disappointed with the service and customer care. First a recall was cancelled and they offered to pick up the car a MONTH later. OK not a problem, I accepted it. The courtesy car was delivered, it was in a right state, absolutely filthy inside and out and to top it off - it was on reserve with the fuel sign on!! I called the service department and made them aware, I got a "we can only apologise". Not the level of service you expect from a reputable dealership. Not coming back here again
Bought a new Outlander PHEV a year ago. Just had first service. Helder in sales was informed, knowledgeable and fair. Bought a set of roof bars fron Parts. When a small part was missing, quickly resolved efficiently without fuss and with an excellent piece of effort from Bill. Engers in servicing is helpful, supportive and focused. The technician posted an informative video. Even the valet guy Alan is a true professional. Clearly keen to do a great job. If anyone can be an expert in car valeting he is. A credit to the team like all I encountered. Andrew the boss is cool and professional and this distils throughout the team. Don't get me wrong, I set high standard and expect so from others where I place my custom. I would highly recommend North City Autos

Great service from Helder at North City who spent a vast amount of time and patience explaining all the options to me, and who went above and beyond the call of duty to get my car for me in time for Xmas (less than a week when the standard lead time is 10 business days). The team was also very accommodating of my two year old helper in the showroom whilst we discussed the finer details. He gave me a very good deal on my part exchange, and the new(ish) outlander phev is beautiful. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Mitsubishi, and North City in particular.
Its the worst mitsubishi dealership ever. Dont bother wasting your time going in there, and the people in there are rude and dont want to help you..

Not expect this from the dealer but here we go: They will not contact you if is something wrong with the car you will find out at the arrival, customer service is average and sometimes confusing for the person who don't know to much about the cars. Servicing is above average check all the tanks and not all of them fill up to full. No battery check at all is not part of the service. Please be mindful about warranty millage or years on battery. Next time I will service somewhere else.

Their Service Dept is one to avoid. Very bad customer service and rude! I brought my Outlander in on Wednesday 03-Apr, to have a loose plastic trimming around the wheel arc fixed. I was told few weeks before the appointment (mid-March) was made that the engineers may just stick the trimming back on. I dropped my car off at 9am as booked, went home and waited (I needed the car for work so I took time off from work instead). At 3.30-4.00pm, they called to say that they had taken a photo of the loose plastic trimming and will send photo to Mitsubishi to check if it is covered by warranty. So basically, they had my car for 7-8hrs only for them to just take a photo of it!? More than a month on, I still havent heard anything from them and won't even return my calls. Very unprofessional and time wasters. So I went to a Mitsubishi Service Centre in Beckenham last week instead. They said it is covered by warranty and ordered part immediately. Part fitted today and it only took 30mins.
It took me six months to get a Saturday appointment to get my car serviced. I started in August and just got the appointment for February. Even when I received a manufactures note asking for the car to be looked at..couldn't still get an appointment The customer service with the bookings team was extremely poor..wrong bookings , rude... Mitshbushi needs to look at this aspect of their business...very poor
I m going to be honest with you. I came to this dealership couple of months ago and I don t think it is the dealerships fault but it may of been. So I looked at the opening time on of this dealer and then I came (on a Sunday) and found out it s closed. Of course I wasn t impressed but if it is the dealers fault I would like to tell you to pls give us some accurate data. Thank you.
It was a quick trip in and out as they had to order the required part. They were friendly offered tea, coffee or water. Very polite. My next trip will determine the total expereince.
That is the worst service I've ever been. They wanted me to bring the car 8.30am, so I did. They said it will be ready about 12.30 so I came 12.30. Surprise. They didn't even start,because they have time to finish the service before 5PM. I do not recommend this service. Please keep far away from this place. Mitsubishi should look closely about service providers.
Very slow service. Been waiting over two weeks so far for them to replace a lock which is under warranty so have an unlocked truck which is far from ideal! Was promised a call back 3 days ago but not heard anything yet :(
Never answer phone, straight through to engage then cuts off, don't reply to emails, not very helpful when things can't be done between 8 and 5. Poor customer service.

However service staff and technical staff very argumentative. No idea why. Absence of customer care. No smiles, do not follow up on email correspondence, made challenges that no email was received ( without looking). Asking for names where emails was sent. Totall denial of email reciept ( not even checking or understanding about the subject). Just accepted this the norm for dealership service.
The Best service I have had in years from a dealer.
All was great they promised what they said will be done and the cost was amazingly cheaper than the local garage down the road.

I have tried to contact the dealer today regarding the purchase of an L200. No call back as promised and when you try to call them (which I have done constantly throughout the day) the phones switch to engaged instantly. As a new customer I wasn't impressed so I did what any customer should do when given this level of customer service.................. I bought a VW Amrock instead. VW dealerships pick up the phone.
