North Beach Realtors are professional and hard working. They are attentive to details, and are always courteous. Grace and her staff are quick to answer questions and return messages. The units they rent are all well screened and personally checked out for cleanliness.

Can't ask for a better company. Grace knows her proffession. Love her

Grace was awesome through the whole rental process. I wanted to switch my week because of this whole coronavirus and she was more than willing to work with me. I was nervous because I had booked before everything happened and I didn't purchase the insurance. I didn't have to worry about that even after my original place decided they didn't want to rent to people this year. This was my first time using them to rent for the week and i am so happy I did. Thank you we had a great week at the shore!

Always use them for our condo rentals. Great selection in the streets we want to be at.

My daughter stayed here. This was her first vacation rental on her own. My husband and I gave guidance Via FaceTime. We inspected the unit with her at check in and we also inspected the unit with her at check out Via FaceTime. My concern comes in after checking out however. She received an letter stating that she had dropped and busted bedroom tv. I followed up with a phone call to the realtor to find out the details. She stated the tv worked when she checked in and didn't when she checked out . Now keep in mind this is an older TV that had a loose cable on the back that had to be wiggled in order to get reception and volume during her stay. She didn't think anything of it, just figured it was an older TV, didn't really watch TV that much, didn't report it to the the realty company. I explained this to Grace and told her the tv was not dropped/ or busted and worked. "Not great but worked"
Overall I am very concerned that if something stops working even though you had absolutely nothing to do with why it stopped working or malfunctioning that overall you will be paying for the tv/appliance. There was no evidence, no pictures, no email,no phone call to contact my daughter in regards to this. She received nothing but the invoice stating that she was being billed for the TV. She checked out on June 22 and the TV wasn't purchased until June 26 somethings not adding up here. This doesn't seem quite right to me. I would not recommend renting from the realty company... Dishonest!

We have been using North Beach Realtors to book our annual family vacation for years and have never had anything but fantastic, professional service from the office. We only book vacation rentals with Grace.

Do not use this agent. Grace Masten will not return your emails, texts or calls. Highly unprofessional for a licensed realtor

Loved our experience purchasing our Beach House thru North Beach Realtors. Grace and her staff were very professional and accommodating. We were 4 hours away so she made sure she was available when we were going to be in town. We also rented thru them. Check in and check out were always smooth. The staff answered all of our questions. Glad we found Grace.
