I needed some work done ASAP on my brakes and these guys told me to come to the shop right away if I wanted to. they had my car done in no time .... the price I paid for the work was very fair. I also had a leak in a tire that they plugged at no cost. When I went to blains farm and fleet in Urbana with the same tire I was told there was a nail in the side wall And I d need all new tires. There s a few shops in Champaign / Urbana that everyone should avoid because of high labor costs and dishonest work, But Norris is legit I recommend and will return.
