Normandy recently completed renovations to our living room and dining room including built-in cabinets, fireplace mantle and marble surround. Our designer Amanda was awesome from beginning to end, incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. We look forward to working with Amanda and Normandy again for our next project!

Normandy just completed a third project on my home. They did my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. My designer, Jennifer Cross is the best! The staff, superintendents, and tradesmen are top notch. They stand by their work and are very customer focused. I highly recommend Normandy for home remodeling!
We just finished our second project with Normandy Remodeling. Our first was a mudroom and garage addition. Our second was a complete remodel of our master bathroom.
Both experiences were incredible. From designing the space with architect Troy, to selecting our materials with our designer Becca and the daily interactions with our foreman Mike, working with Normandy Builders was seamless and professional.
We were in constant contact with our team and Mike would email us a daily update to let us know what work had been completed that day and what to expect the next day.
It was just a pleasure to work with professionals who were also dedicated to making our experience a positive one.

We had a great experience in working with Normandy. Our designer, Amanda Heyland, was not only talented, but also had the ability to listen. She spent time talking to my wife and I to learn about our likes and dislikes when it came to everything from faucets to sinks to lighting to countertops. We asked her to give us no more than 2 or 3 choices that she thought would work for us and she delivered. Our superintendent, Mike Laskowski, was an incredibly organized person. He was on the job site almost daily. He sent us a summary of work completed and work scheduled for the next day or two every evening. It was obvious that he worked hard behind the scenes to schedule people in different trades to keep our project moving. Amanda and Mike are professionals who happen to be good people. I also have to mention that the subcontractors employed by Normandy worked hard, were professional, and like Mike and Amanda, were really decent people. I highly recommend Normandy.

We worked with Jeremy Paris on the new design of our front porch and Jim Leslie was our project manager. Both were amazing! Our permit process took longer than any of us expected because of the city dragging their feet so the weather was a bit colder than anyone expected since we had snow by Halloween but that did stop the Normandy Team from getting their work done! They were amazing and worked through just about anything! I could not believe how they managed to get the porch addition to look like it was original to the house. They even hot the siding to match! We could not be happier and recommend Normandy and our Team to anyone that will listen. If you're looking to do work to your home, whether it's on the inside or the outside you're in great hands with Normandy. PS - remember you pay for what you get and amazing quality comes with Normandy's price tag. It's more than fair.
We would highly recommend Normandy Builders especially our designer, Leslie Molloy. We interviewed several other Remodeling businesses and none of them compared to the kitchen designs provided to us by Leslie. Plus they give you a 5 YEAR WARRANTY on their work! Who does that? We would hire them again for sure.
Recently, I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled. Jennifer Cross was my designer. From our first meeting, I was immediately impressed with her friendly manner and professionalism. She really captured the ideas I had for the remodel and was able to make my dream kitchen/bathroom project come true.
Jennifer s knowledge of fixtures, sinks, finishes and more, was extremely helpful to me. She met me at various locations and vendors to help select the materials I would need and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the choices. My kitchen bath turned out beautifully. When I entertain, I am always complemented on how nice everything looks.
She is also up-to-date and knows the latest trends that will give you the best and longest value for the remodel project. Jennifer s help made me feel comfortable and stress-free with the remodel. I would work with her again, trusting her with any project.
I definitely would recommend Amanda and Ken at Normandy Remodeling. Amanda had great ideas but also took my input seriously and was very patient with my many questions in our design meetings. Ken was a great communicator throughout the construction phase so I never felt "out of the loop." They both are true professionals but very approachable. My project was not a high budget one, and came with the challenges of being in a high rise in the city, but they treated me like a highly valued customer. There are probably less expensive options out there, but you can count on a good experience and a high quality result with Normandy.
Loved working with Jennifer and her amazing team. Remodeled my kitchen. The process worked effortlessly. There isn't a day when I look at my kitchen that I don't think of the people that made it come together. I attended a Saturday remodeling seminar and meet Jennifer. Loved her passion for making peoples dreams come true. Set up an appointment with her. She nailed the design from the start and help me pick out cabinets, hardware, tiles and flooring. I have to admit. I would have never picked the backsplash I have on my own. I really love it. It pulls the kitchen together and adds the perfect pop of color. Go Normandy!

Normandy Builders added a second floor to our home in 2002. In addition, they renovated most of our first floor. We have loved every minute of our new home. Fast forward to 2020, we noticed some water damage in the master bathroom above the sink, as well as above the toilet. A few days later, upon opening a kitchen cabin and getting a face full of water, we knew we had a big problem. My husband did a little investigation work, and suspected a problem with the condensate drain on the high efficiency furnace in the attic.
We decided to call Normandy to see if they could help. They could send out their service tech but advised that our home was no longer under warranty. We were aware of this and were not looking for free help just some help. Tom, from the service department came out to take a look. He concurred with my husband s findings. To investigate the source of the problem would require opening the master bath ceiling. Tom mentioned he would need to talk with management to see if Normandy would get involved. Within a day or two, we followed up with Tom, and he said he would be able to do the work. Tom was amazing. He opened the ceiling and found the leaky fitting. Not only was it leaking but was located in an area that made it almost impossible to service. Tom coordinated with the plumber, who came in to replace and re-locate the copper drain with PVC.
Tom s work was immaculate. He covered the areas in plastic in the bathroom to keep things as clean as possible. After his first day here, he vacuumed and cleaned up. Outside of the ceiling being gone, you would never have known Tom had been here. He came back a few days later after the plumber was done, and completed the work. Tom s attention to detail, as well as his professionalism is top notch. I had mentioned to Tom early on, we would have had difficulty finding someone to do this work. No one wants a smaller size job. We are thrilled with the end result, and again, can t emphasize enough the outstanding work Tom provided.
