Was using NorDx for a few years and had no issues until visiting this location. Service was questionable to the point where my endocrinologist brought up that their office hears that all the time. Not to mention an incorrect quote by a representative resulting in a massive overcharge and extremely rude customer service rep. Unless you just need a simple blood draw, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
There was a short wait to have my blood drawn, but the check-in process was very organized and easy. Everyone was very friendly and efficient.
