Worked here for 10 plus years they treat their employees like garbage they have the worst insurance around and perform subpar work

As an architect in NYC, I find them to not only be incredible helpful and supportive but flexible and accommodating. I've used them on several jobs.

Not only did the grating ordered arrive late; the quality was well below even the lowest tolerable standards. Below are some of the photos showing only some of the defects including miscuts, poor repairs, improper welding, structurally compromised areas, unsafe sharply ground areas, etc. It was even made the wrong dimension. Their customer service department has not been helpful. To note; they required a 100% payment in advance and I only got some one to respond to me regarding the poorly manufactured grates after I filed a credit card dispute. They offered no acceptable solution; the best they wanted to do was to pick the grates up, inspect them to determine if they were faulty, and at that point decide about remaking without any commitment to timeframe all while keeping my money locked up. They were a huge mistake to use and will never make that mistake again; I implore people to beware. I have yet to get a new grate or and acceptable solution after almost a week. These were 316 stainless steel and well over $2k in cost.

No one is answering their phones and the only email that I had for them gets rejected. Are they closed???
