Very helpful people but I think they are a little overwhelmed by all the customers

They were really helpful and really good on prices and Dustin was super helpful and I was able to find them on Facebook I would do business with them again

I was searching for airbags for my wifes rollover, an alternator for my yukon, and a box and tail light for my fathers pickup.. with no luck. Then i came across Dustin! He got me everything i needed at an amazing price. Dustin rocks! And i will definitely be doing all my parts shopping through him! Thank you Dustin H@ Nordstroms!!

Nordstrom's has always given me a fair deal with quality parts.

Bought an exhaust system for my car. Nordstrom's worked with me until I could get up to South Dakota from Louisiana. Great customer service and people here.

I needed new tires for winter and Ricardo was able to find me a set for an affordable price. Great place to go when you need a quality part for an affordable price.

Longest hold times of any yard in USA! If you like to stay on hold for an avg of 10-15 minutes just to talk to someone this is your place. Poorly staffed and ran yard. Need to hire more staff because holding 15 minutes to talk to someone is ridiculous! I run a yard and often call other yards to locate parts. I cringe when I have to call Nordstroms. It is always the same wait time. You guys lose a lot of business! I'm shocked the owner doesn't do something about this. Every owner should make random calls to there own yard to check wait times to see what there customers go thru.

I needed a CV axle for my truck and had issues with aftermarket Parts I was buying not fitting but did not want to pay the $600 for OEM part.

After finding a CV axle from nordstromsauto on eBay I called to make sure it was an OEM part and talked to Rodney an incredibly helpful and patient guy who gave me multiple CVS to choose from and even sent me pictures of the individual parts so I could choose the one I liked best.

The whole process was easy and I felt like I was taken care of and given a good deal I would highly recommend this company to order parts from or do business with.

The owner, Shannon Nordstrom, reached out to us personally and quickly to resolve our issue. He is a business owner that takes pride in his business and he makes it right for his customers. I do recommend Nordstroms Automotive he stands behind his product 100%. Sometimes unforeseen issues to arise and if you have a problem, reach out to Shannon and he will do his very best to make it right for you.

I have chevy Malibu blow head gasket and I found self service side good condition I been driving more than a year now I will thank them for excellent service.

Wonderful facility couldn't imagine going anywhere else

This is one of the best auto parts places in the United states. Scot Pieper goes out of his way to find me the best quality parts for the job. If your not shopping here you better switch. First class customer service. Just not to many places like this left in the US. Please do yourself a favor and start buying parts from here. We buy a lot of parts for our body shop here and they are always quality.
