Longest hold times of any yard in USA! If you like to stay on hold for an avg of 10-15 minutes just to talk to someone this is your place. Poorly staffed and ran yard. Need to hire more staff because holding 15 minutes to talk to someone is ridiculous! I run a yard and often call other yards to locate parts. I cringe when I have to call Nordstroms. It is always the same wait time. You guys lose a lot of business! I'm shocked the owner doesn't do something about this. Every owner should make random calls to there own yard to check wait times to see what there customers go thru.
