Not authentic. Ordered their wonton noodle soup and it is a sugar bomb like they poured sugar syrup in or something.

Not the greatest food but still good. Quick and friendly staff. And cheap. I would recommend
Beef noodle pho not great - broth wasn t as flavourful as I would have expected. Also got no. 4 which was flavourless and gave me a horrible tummy ache for the rest of the evening (I had about 4 mouthfuls). $24 poorly spent.
Love noodle world! It's our go-to spot for quick yummy food in Prahran
Feel unwelcome recently, maybe didn't step in as many time as I do before, also there's a negative vibe in there, i can't describe it, just so uncomfortable. No one seems happy to work in the noodles world.
Oh! They charged you extra 50 cents if you using your card to pay for the food. Isnt this illegal?
Back in my superhero days I'd be shooting noodles out of my wrists to catch bad guys - Now thats a great place to stock up my noodle shooter ;) On the other hand tho the noodles were bland and unauthentic ;(
Really good quality restaurant. Super surprised - the chef here is very talent. Nice staff and really nice ingredients in their food! Probably my favourite Thai restaurant in chapel street!
Surprisingly nice! Asian food that taste like Asian food ... the noodle and rice dishes are great!
Convenient location and friendly service!
Cheap ($14 for an amazing seafood laksa), delicious, and good serving size. Everything you could hope for. I ll be coming back!
One of the best noodle restaurants in Melbourne. Try it's Hokkien Noodle and Wonton Noodle soup. They are so good!
Pan fried dumplings were amazing! Juicy, crunchy and tasty! I had high expectations of the pad Thai but that was quite bland. Great portions though!
I absolutely love the fried rice and Singapore noodles never had a dish there I did not like it's all cooked fresh while you wait the serves are decent
Very delicious food, good service and quickly.
we order one of noodles ,but we have two person.
When food come in, they get two plate for us ,before we asking.
it s very sweet.
Ordered a seafood Mei Goreng. Noodles where dry, barely any flavour and only 1 prawn. Do not recommend this dish. Will not be ordering the Seafood Mei Goreng again.
Big portion, quick serve, cook in the front of you but taste is horible
A small range of delicious Asian food but if you don't like MSG avoid this place
I prefer this noddle place to any other on chapel street. They make my seafood Laksa the way I requested. Soup, noodles and rice dishes very good. Not be my dumpling choice though.
Beautiful food, Great friendly service and a nice relaxing atmosphere, for dinning alone or with family or friends.
Best for make your own noodle orders! A friend recommended me and has never been disappointed ever since!
Very authentic food made on site by staff really good stuff.
Loved the place. Has good Korean music, tasty food and there teriyaki noodles were amazing, so was Pad Thai
Very clean stir fry place and the chilli wonton so yum ! Good price , great value and friendly .
About $12 a meal, overpriced for the absolute garbage that it is. This place has been around for like 10 years, I live in chapel street so I see all kinds of stores come and go due to popularity. When I was younger I thought they were good enough but the last few years, each time I ve gone there, the food has been so incredibly bland I can t get past more than 3 mouthfuls unless I m STARVING but even then never finish it. I m Chinese and it hurts me to see such a business, stay for so long on Chapel Street when the food they provide is actually a disgusting joke. There is absolutely NO flavour. At all. My friends and I were joking that it s probably a money laundering place, as how the heck else are we supposed to believe they pay the rent on their business using the money they make from their food. No one in their right mind, with taste buds, would go back.
PS: A few years ago, I bought a Mongolian dish ( Chefs Special - ha! yeah right!) and used my debit card. The lady said my payment had declined, I was confused but paid in cash. I got home to see it had never declined and I actually paid double. I stopped going there and recently went back, the food is JUST as bland as it s always been and the lady was no where in sight to give a piece on my mind!
FYI charge 50c for using card without noting it prior.
Delicious food for a reasonable price. I had a very tasty Nasi Goreng from there. My friend said her Wonton noodle soup was the best she's ever had too. Food is freshly prepared. Tables were very clean but the seating space is limited. Definitely going there again.
Large servings and they don't skimp on the meat, egg and seafood unlike other places. A good place for quick, decent feed and good value for money for the area.
Our weekend was a disaster, not one place that pleased us, let alone enjoyed.
Both the noodles we ordered were dry and flavorless.....
What under the name of noodles did we have actually have?
The food is so so for my taste. However the staff are very friendly. The floor sometimes is sticky and slippery. Not enough for recommendation.
Worst noodles I've ever eaten in the world! I would give it a negative 5 if I could... How can this place stay in business?
They make the yummiest Special Fried Rice in Melbourne!
Quick, easy, reasonably priced and the food is pretty good!
No nonsense stir fry restaurant. Famous with the locals for a reason. Highly recommend you make your own combination on your second visit!
Nice basic noodle dishes with good quality flavours.
Pork Buns smelt and tasted of Ammonia (rotting fish), goodness me, I had to spit them out.
Seafood Special Noodles were pretty tasteless, could've been better with a bit more spice and sauce.
I know many reviews here are positive but this wasn't a particularly good experience this time around. I might give them another chance again in the future and try another dish.
Taste food and big portions. I will comeback definitively
Ate here tonight, reasonable prices $11-12 per dish, large servings. Tasty, will eat here again if passing by.
Delicious Asian noodles in the center of South Yarry. I've been here many times, each time I chose a different dish and I was never disappointed. Affordable prices - around $ 12-13 for a really solid dish.
Great place for good food. Good service n cheap prices.
Food is great! Fresh, tasty and served piping hot!! Housekeeping needed. Sauce splatters on walls, tables and fork/spoon and chop stick holders.
Great food excellent service can't go past the laksa
Great noodle house, delicious and cheap. Well worth the occasional visit. Quick, cheap and tasty.
Prices are great, food is super tasty! Would definitely come back for another special fried rice and some noodles! Highly recommended!
You never can go wrong with this place. Delicious food and amazing staff.
Delicious noodle dishes. Pretty much what you would expect from a place called noodle world.
