I've done the last three revisions of a C4 Lounge at this dealership, and I'm usually very well attended. There were minor problems with delivery and delivery of services in the first two reviews, but apparently were fully resolved in the last review. They have a very interesting service tracking your average km, getting in touch to remind you of the need to perform and schedule revisions.

I bought a C4 Cactus in February, at the time of delivery the car was all scratched, several plastic parts with mudguard finish and loose / broken bumpers, broken longitudinal roof rack. In an attempt to solve the problem of risks, polishing got worse, then another polishing / crystallization so badly done that today the car is all full of polishing marks (holograms). Not to mention the poor service, ostil / aggressive of the manager and team.

My husband and I bought a Jampi, took the car in March 2019, in November the car started to give problems and was taken to the dealership 4 times by a tow truck and on 01/13/2020 the car stopped for good. (engine problems), the problem is being neglected, they only dismantled the engine after much insistence after several days calling the SAC Citroen and several trips to the dealership until the present date 02/07/2020 the car is there and nothing resolved we have a work contract and my wife is out of work and may even lose the contract due to Citroen's irresponsibility.
DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY THIS BRAND !!
I WOULD NOT PLACE ANY STAR. BUT AS IT IS OBLIGATED TO PLACE AT LEAST ONE, UNFORTUNATELY I CLICKED ON ONE THAT IS ALREADY MUCH.

Today I went to check the price of a part for my car at the Citroen-Destra store in Guarulhos, and the service of Mr. Herculano (Parts Sector), caused me a lot of indignation for the indifference with which he treated me. I did not order the piece because of the poor service (he did not disrespect me at all, just could have been more friendly, helpful, nice, helpful ... who knows) and left the place determined to acquire the same good (unfortunately , the piece I need is only at Citroen ...) in another store of the brand, even if distant. I affirm that I did not go to ask a favor but to pay for a service rendered. Maybe at other times the treatment is a little better. Captivating the customer is EVERYTHING, otherwise it doesn't come back!
