I purchased five faucets of the furniture about 6 months ago and one was found to be defective, after several phone calls and emails the quality team replied via email that the defect found is not their problem, practically the chroming has been removed , they tell me it is the fault of the detergents, but as I wash this tap I wash the others too !!!
Then we should continue the Italian quality, NEVER more taps or noble materials, surely it was much better to buy Grohe, which certainly met the problems that the customer encounters !!!

I purchased Nobili mixers for washbasin and bidet thinking that the price much higher than the average corresponded to a better quality. Nothing could be more wrong! The mixer of the sink lost its chrome after two years and when I reported the problem I was told that I had used an aggressive descaler. I use Solvacal recommended for taps and I've never had any problems. Defective parts can happen but it would be serious for the company to recognize them.

I purchased a kitchen from Ernesto Meda two years ago equipped with a LK00113CR tap from the Nobili company. I am in quarantine for Covid19 and obviously the kitchen tap has stopped dispensing water. Not being able to call a plumber and given the urgent need to repair the fault, I called the Nobili taps for clarification. I was told I should change the cartridge. Under normal circumstances the above mentioned cartridge would be under warranty, but given the exceptional situation, Rubinetterie Nobili technician suggested me to buy it from a distributor since normal bureaucracy should involve contacting the Ernesto Meda company who would receive the cartridge and then send it to me. I offered to buy it directly from Rubinetteria Nobili and this request was also denied me. My assessment is not tied to the telephone assistance, cordial receipt, but to the lack of a direct service of warranty products and spare parts. Using external dealers creates additional inconvenience and additional costs to the consumer .....

I ordered the very expensive shower fitting and the matching Nobili Loop washbasin fitting from a German wholesaler. At this price, I expect very good quality. But far from it: at the shower tap the hand shower and the shower head of the rain shower are made of the cheapest plastic - because I get better products in the hardware store at a much lower price !!! Despite rework / replacement of the inner part of the shower fitting is still dripping. I am curious if the next repair will be successful.

I ordered everything on August 7, 2018 at the German wholesaler on site. The shower fitting was stocked here - so no problem. The basin mixer should be delivered directly from the factory in Italy. With company holidays and lost package, I have finally received the basin mixer MITTE OCTOBER.
My conclusion: poor quality for an overpriced price and zero service - never order anything here again !!!

Beautiful materials, but already damaged after 2 weeks normal use...

One of the worst experiences of my life. I ordered a shower column in March 2020 and it still hasn't arrived (almost 5 months have already gone by). They indicate false delivery dates to the reseller and no longer answer the phone. They are dear angry; for a shower column they got paid about a thousand euros and who knows if I'll ever see it. I strongly advise against shopping at this company, stay away.

I make this review because I have had three mixers from the noble group at home for almost 20 years and they have never missed a drop. Simply the best!

Arrived noble mixer leaking water from the opening lever .... after several phone calls and mail pictures they wanted to send me any spare and I had to provide myself to disassemble and reassemble the faucet .... but I'm not a plumber and then tap again you
Replace does not repair .... never again NOBLE

Valve 3 months, completely attacked by a conventional detergent. None of my other equally clean faucets had this problem. No commercial gesture from Nobili. Quality is not at the price. refrain from time wasters.
