Over played gimmick with an ever climbing price. Do your self a favour and save your money for a batter experience. Its much nicer to look at the tower than to be in it.

This man climbed the stairs right to the to the top stoped 3 times
A must visit if you're in Toronto... One of the tallest structures in the world. The view is brilliant, and even better if you have the courage to attempt the Edgewalk... The world s highest full circle hands-free walk on a 5 ft (1.5 m) wide ledge encircling the top of the Tower s main pod, 356m/1168ft (116 storeys) above the ground. Definitely worth a visit.
Most beautiful view ever from one of the tallest towers ever!
Great experience. We bought tickets for the observation deck and the skypod. The observation deck was great. However, the sky pod was just not worth it. Its the same thing as the observation deck. If the sky pod had glass floor, it would be so worth it
No words to describe the sensation you feel while you're at the top
It's nice of your a tourist and never been there before but if you went already you won't find anything to do because there is nothing to do.
Overall a good experience. If it is a busy day, I wouldn't recommend buying the skypod tickets as you have to wait for another hour or so on top of queing to to go up. After waiting an hour to go up we were told we had to wait another hour. In the end we just skipped the skypod...
All the way up. It was a great experience. Coming from Jamaica, we don't have anything over 13 floors, so this was a special outing. I wish they had more elevators. I'm not a fan of being locked inside a moving box with so many people. The lines there can get a little long, but they move along quite nicely.
Couldn't buy the tickets on-line. Even in the so called off time the line to the elevator was still a hour wait. Once we got in everything was smooth and everyone had a great time.
Great views but didn't let me use my coupon unless I printed it out. But I didn't print it out for the hockey Hall of Fame and they accepted it. Try to mooch every little penny out of your pocket.
Very tall. Good view. Many cool opportunities to do on it.
What can I say, the iconic tower I remember from my childhood. Still tall, still fantastic view. Expensive to go up, but as part of City Pass it is more reasonable. The main restaurant is ridiculously pricey now, but may be worth it to enjoy the view in quiet air conditioned comfort, slowly spinning to boot. I'd just go for dessert and coffee though. If you're eating at the restaurant, they'll let you down to the glass floor level. Plus if you reserve you can go up for free. Not sure about minimum charges. Use OpenTable, easier than lining up or calling.
We arrived on a Saturday around noon. The line extended almost all the way to the customer service desks. It took an hour to get to the elevators and up. Once we were there the view was amazing. Not sure it was worth the wait but the CN Tower is a tourist factory. By the time we left the line extended all the way outside the doors and past the steps by the Ripley's aquarium. I'm sure those visitors had a 2+ hour wait. If you are visiting Toronto you may want to try and schedule your visit during an off-peak time period (whenever that is).
Great views, but a long queue to get up. To the credit of the operators there is entertainment to help pass the time. We enjoyed having a beer at the top. A few dirty hand marks on the glass, again they probably clean the windows inside often, but with so many visitors it's difficult.
Felt like we have reached the sky. Especially the night view is extremely beautiful .. perfect romantic spot, if you have any plans
My fiance and I spent our anniversary at this place and I must say this is a very nice place for a date.
The dining floor rotates so you get a 360 view of the city. It was a bit rainy when we visited but the view is still amazing! You can see top of the neighboring skyscraper sitting on a layer of colorful clouds (colors from the lights below).
The seafood chowder is delicious. The steak is nicely cooked to your liking and is well seasoned - very flavorful.
Complimentary access to the deck below. There are floors where you can see all the way to the ground level. There are some articles on the wall that are very informative. There are beautiful sitting areas to spend some time relaxing and appreciating the view
The food is decent but pricy for what you get. The draw is the atmosphere and view of the city. Service can be a bit dodgy with large grouos
We had a lovely visit to this iconic Toronto tourist landmark. After we paid for the tickets we fought that the cost of a two course meal in the 360 Restaurant includes the entry-elevator ticket up to tower. We decided to book a lunch there and it turns out to be a good decision. It was easy to get a refund for the ride tickets once we have our restaurant reservation.
We saw the sunset from the top of the tower, the story behind it and the views makes this a place i would probably return to if i ever get a chance again.
So beautiful! On a clear night you can see all the way to Niagara Falls! Very nice, knowledgeable staff as well!
Don't waste your money on skypod. Watching city from few meter above then regular watch tower isn't making sense. You can't even take a clear picture from that point because the glass is not clear.
Great aerial view of Toronto. Long line that took 75 minutes just to get up and another 30 minutes in line just to get down. $38 CAD for adults and $28 CAD for children 5-12. I recommend just reserving a spot at the 360 restaurant since you cut the line and it s $65 for a 2 course meal.
Great food and experience in their revolving restaurants!
Amazing view, acctable food. Kinda expensive but worth it id say
Awesome. The big tour groups of high schoolers made it challenging at times, but the tower was great!
A must see if you are in Toronto. Take in the views and a meal at the CN Tower 360 Restaurant. As the restaurant revolves 360 degrees once every 72 minutes, the whole world literally goes by, while you enjoy great service, wine and food. If a little pricey it's well worth it for the experience!
Using regional ingredients, executive Chef John Morris has put together a menu that should appeal to most tastes. Although vegetarian was thin on the ground and from memory, vegan was non existent.
I ordered the following
appetizer - NEW FARMS BEET and SQUASH TART TATIN.
main - FOGO ISLAND COD and SHRIMP
(see photos)
CN Tower it s an amazing place! For me, as an engineer, it s really beautiful, because the construction is a big challenge.
The view is incredible. You need to spend an hour or more to focus on the details off the city! You can see the trains, cars, people in the street, the airplanes. You can also see the take off and landing of an small airport nearby.
Go and feel the experience!
Great attraction. The way the security lady treats visitor is kinda disgraceful though.
Bought a timed ticket ahead of my trip. Would definetely recommend it! It allows you to skip the lineup to get up which is a huge time saver as the lineup is always super long! You get on the elevator one floor bellow everyone else (I was alone) and then they let everyone else on the main floor(to full capacity obviously, so don't be claustrophobic). It doesn't help you on the way down though if you buy the timed ticket - only up. To get down you must wait in line like everyone else (I would have liked to know this before buying it, but there was no info whatsoever on the site or on reviews, so I thought I might write one and it would help someone in the future. Still think the ticket is worth it though!
Amazing views of the city & the lake! Really interesting place to visit and worth the ride to the top to see the sights of the city
Glass floor experience was... exciting. Also fwiw they told us 50 min wait but it was about 15.
The iconic CN tower gives you the best views over the city of Toronto. Rising up to the 147th for, you can see all the way across Ontario lake. It'll cost you about 40$ to go up to the observation deck which has an impressive glass floor. Add an extra 15$ per person to you all the way up to the Skypod.
Amazing ambiance. Revolving restaurant. The scenery is to die for!
I prefer seeing the CN Tower from the outside, rather than the inside. It s a great tourist attraction and can be seen from various parts of Toronto. Definitely somewhere you have to visit when making a trip to Toronto. One of the best views of it is from The Toronto Islands.
Excellent view from the sky and a wonderful place to take cool pictures. The tower offers several levels of access in addition to adrenaline rush activities for those not afraid of the height (not me). The place has restaurants where you can have a bite with an excellent view.
Despite the long wait to get to the observatory, and trying to score a spot on the glass floors, the CN was worth the trip
Such an awesome view! Totally a must see! The best time to go there is around 9 because later there are way too many people.
A beautiful architectural and geometric tower with beautiful views of the city and beautiful lights as well as
Haven't been up the CN Tower in years I can safely say that the view never gets old.
Elevator ride to the top only takes a minute.
It's over 1100 feet high and the views are fantastic. The outdoor observation deck is enclosed in wire mesh/screening and makes it hard to get good pictures from there.
The indoor observation deck is all glass windows and no screening so pictures are better from there.
You'll also find the glass floor indoors with a view all the way down to ground level where you can see the roof of the Ripley's aquarium with sharks painted on the roof.
Interesting to watch adults and kids jump and pound as hard as they could on the glass floor testing how strong it is I guess? I wonder what they would have done if the glass actually broke?!
It's not exactly cheap and total for my family of 3 came to $108.48
Bought tickets online and saved 3 bucks a ticket. Another advantage to buying online is you don't have to wait in line when you get there.
It saved us some time on this trip as we walked past the line got our printed tickets scanned and went right in.If you buy online they have to be purchased at least 24 hours in advance.
A little pricey but worth the money. Great to views of all the city from every angle. The glass floor can be a bit terrifying but once you get over the nerves it's fine. It's recommended that you get a city pass with can be used there, plus other attractions around the city!
The cafe on the LookOut level (as opposed to the 360 Restaurant one floor above) had exceptionally good food. That Philly Cheesesteak with dip was the best I've had outside of Philly.
Good landmark to visit. Though if you've visited other tall landmarks before this they all start to become the same in terms of what to expect. It doesn't take away from the fact that it its own unique building. They do charge extra for certain experiences once you get to the top. Our guide who took us up the elevator sounded like she was rapping and giving no eye contact while explaining some important issues while we went up the CN tower. She was too fast for us to understand any meaningful information we needed to know before we got up to the top. This could be an issue with training and/or personality. The lady who took us down was more composed and was able to deliver what it was she needed to deliver to us before we got down to the ground floor.
It is a tourist necessity to view Toronto from the CN tower. But the wait times are too long. Better get the timed tickets.
Snowy day so view was limited... However had an exciting time and rhe view was still impressive ... We found the outdoor viewing platform... 1 floor below the glassed in one ... Was a better experience...
Great view clouds were clear at the skypod but overall it was a great experience
It's the world's tallest tower. It has the best scenario. The upper floor has much better view. The top floor is good but not worth of spending much money. The price for food is also fair. A worth place to watch and has also has some knowledge stuff for children. It also has a play area for children.
Decent price and pretty decent experience. I wouldn't bother paying the extra $15 to go up to the higher level, its really nothing special. Just pay the general admission and go somewhere else to eat. The restaurant is terrible.
Fantastic views, shame the outside viewing deck was closed... Value for money souvenir shop..
Great VIP experience! CN tower is a must visit place in Toronto! 360 degrees of breathtaking scenic views!
Fab place to visit. Amazing views. Great watching the planes landing and taking off. Get there early and you get in pretty quick. When we left extremely large queues.
It's just ok. A little bit pricey for what they offer. But it's a great view of the city.
Great views of the city and beyond, fairly standard pricing -- if you can spring for it, pay a little extra and go up another 100M. Worth a stop if you're in Toronto.
Breathtaking views of Toronto whether you go during the day or after dark. I recommend going AT LEAST an hour before sunset so you get the best of both worlds! So if there is a line up you wanna give yourself some extra time to get into the elevator. Also try going on a nice day when there is a game at the Rogers centre so the roof is opened! It's really cool!
If you are celebrating a special occasion I think you will enjoy booking dinner at the 360 restaurant. The food is not the cheapest but it's a really good deal if you think about it. Consider that you get a free ride/access to the viewing area and the food is really good up there! I would suggest you try it at least once. The restaurant rotates slowly so really do get a 360 view! I find it cool.
The only negative thing I would like to mention is the outdoor viewing area. When the lights come on you can't really see much from there and the pictures don't come out nice. But I won't take away stars for that ;)
Also there are washrooms at the top and you can purchase drinks and food, which is really cool if you wanna hang out for little bit.
Buy a city pass online if you're in Toronto! It allows you to see amazing views from the CN tower, and experience experience other things Canada has to offer. This tower was packed around sunset. But wow the view was spectacular
You will have an amazing view of Toronto's skyline an their impressive extention.
If you visit Toronto then you must go there. Wonderful view from the top.
1st, they are expensive to get in. 2nd, we only see half of the area. 3rd, we was not able to go outside to see around the area.
Just an awesome view. I hate heights, but this was a must. Went in afternoon and had 1m5 hour wait. Line was much shorter after 5pm.
Amazing view from the tower. The Edge Walk is an amazing experience. On a nice clear day you can see Niagara Falls. The staff are friendly.
Amazing place to go, if you're in Toronto. Alot of safety measures in place. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. It's a must see destination!
Was under work but very clean good staff and no real delays, great views.
Beautiful!!! Such a piece of proud Canadian history and great addition to the Toronto landscape :)
Best attraction for city dwellers and tourists. Go up to the pod to get the best view of the city.
Great views, even if a little foggy. The see through floor is neat too.
Beautiful sights and history of the city all in one thrilling trip up into the sky.
Awesome experience! You have a wonderful view at the top and while you're in the tower you get to know about history.
Can get expensive depending on how many people are coming. You can take pretty good pictures at all times of day. Make sure to bring your own snacks or food if you don't want to buy the pricy food or if the restarunts are closed. The glass does reflect sometimes when you take photos, gift shop is mediocre, mostly just Canadian souvenirs.
Really worth going here if you are in town. I never really liked heights but the view you see from here is worth it. The price is pretty good ($38 CAD), nothing that would break the bank.
There are two different heights you can go to, in my opinion the Skypod which is the higher floor isnt worth the extra $15 CAD. The view from the General Admission floor is pretty good, it includes two floors of viewing, one of which you can go outside and see the view (the view isn't that good from the outside since there is a fence/net blocking your view).
I will never forget this......when we where down it is clody....but when we reached the top floor it was sunny and clouds have covered the entire city.
Line was very very long. No indication of how long the wait was. View was great and the elevator ride was nice.
Worth a visit. It's worth paying the extra few dollars to set up a time for visit and walk straight in. The wait times can be incredibly long if you go on a weekend or a holiday. We visited on a Saturday and had to wait almost 2 hours in line to get up there. The view is amazing though and the glass floor is fun to walk on.
This location gives you a 360 degree view of Toronto spread out before you.
The 360 restaurant gave a rotating view and fully turned around in an hour. Awesome way to see the entire city sitting in one spot and enjoying your meal. Food here is not too expensive either and very good as well.
It's high, it's crowded the view is sublime at sunset. Not worth the price without the city pass. But a nice place to see if you have it. You will have to fight for a spot next to the windows with the instagrammers taking dozens of pictures and ignoring everyone else. View would be better with clean windows
It Disgusted me. What I Hated the Most was an airplane related video in the first floor (lobby). It disgusted me. It was the worst thing I ve ever seen.
