Well done museum with some interactive exhibits and audio clippings. They have highlighted areas of conflict and their focus on regions all over the world. They have a unique display of the faces of all the Nobel Peace Prize winners. An interactive book on Alfred Nobel allows you to turn the physical pages and the projector will display the "next page" where you can scroll over certain parts and learn more!

May 2019 From the south of the earth to the north, the Danish songbook Hagen took the Princess cruise ship 11 days later at 5 a.m. and walked for 5 minutes to the Nobel Peace Center in Norway to see if the place judged the international peace for humanity. People who have deeds or great powers will be rewarded for their achievements. If they are disappointed, Ao X will be in charge for about a month, and he will blame him for the award of peace awards. What is the reason for judging the rules of international great men? The prize owes fairness
In the end, I only bought the ugly Norwegian Smurfs as a souvenir. It is different from the justice Smurfs grandpa in the movie.

Awesome place to spread to message of peace to the world. I wish every country to have something similar in their capital and make world better place to live in and pass on good message to world. Love the concept. And felt sad to see the atrocities committed against woman.

the museum is super small, and the only nobel price related area is a room upstairs with pictures of the various nobel prise and the description or their activities. Something you can easily find on wikipedia. It has a section with some war related pictures, especially abaut hiroshima that i've seen already in other 3 or 4 museum if only they have a war related area. So nothing new really.
At the ground floor there's a series of photographs and videos of modern artist which has very little to do with peace.
Total of the visit is 15-30 min max, but for 9 euros, (100 Kr) is totally NOT worth it.

A beautiful building, an interesting museum with a free audio guide in English. There are temporary photo exhibitions, there are interactive pieces. A very interesting entrance ticket is a sticker on clothes with the name of one of the Nobel laureates. He will need to be found in the gallery of memory and find out why he received the award.

What to say about this museum that despite being simple in its architecture from afar, enjoys within a magical atmosphere that stands out the magnificence of the people remembered. We remain silent with the astonishment of how many people contribute yesterday is today to give the world peace! Listen to them! You want even more peace to witness the explosion of the atomic bomb in a shocking movie!

Fred!

The exhibit on wealth is eye opening. Makes you think about the world we live in and how culture is impacting the next generation. Was not crowded when we went. Very nice to have time to see and reflect on each exhibit.

The museum is divided into two floors, the first floor is a picture exhibition, and the second floor has a room for simple information of previous winners. If you do n t have enough time, just take a picture at the door. Do n t expect too much from the visit.

There were very good temporary exhibitions but the map room with all the winners was so beautiful and moving that it was worth a visit on its own. They have an excellent shop with every thing being sourced from sustainable materials and community projects.the building is pretty interesting too being an old railway station.

Beautiful and very interesting museum! The dark room with the portraits of all those who received the Nobel Peace Prize is very touching, every 15 minutes the lights go out and an audio recording starts with the speech of one of the characters. Enter the site indicated for the audio guide, very interesting

If you've ever been in Oslo and also looked at the town hall - the place where the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded annually, then you should visit the nearby (300m) located Nobel Peace Center. Here you will learn a lot about the Nobel Peace Prize, about the winners, but also about the current problems in the world. A place of deliberation - with all the glamor around in Oslo, one should not miss this place, to get back to the bottom of the facts.

When i visited they had a great exhibition on 1935 peace nobel prize winner Ossietzky. Very educational. I find important that they highlight the contribution of very inspiring, yet not widely known people.
